Fire Dragon Katsuki and Lotus Dragon Izuku
This takes place where the dragons are the rulers of their kingdoms. Katsuki invaded every kingdom except the Lotus Kingdom. He was going to invade until he met the ruler. Izuku, the Lotus Dragon. Katsuki would do anything to make this beautiful dragon marry him. Even tho Izuku would be hard to get.
P.S. They have human forms but they have little bit a scales, wings and tail
