Prologue - How everything began

The summer vacation was over and normal life is taking its natural loop again. Even though Marinette didn't rest in those six weeks because she was helping her parents manage the bakery. She also started studying already so she would be prepared for the next and almost last year of school. If she had free time she usually spent her hours together with her boyfriend Luka, whom she's been with for about three years now. Her first boyfriend, that's why she was always grateful to be able to share her development and her puberty with him.

Anyway, today was a really special day for Marinette because from today on she'd be in a new class for the last 2 years and would graduate with her new classmates. She was looking forward to meeting new friends and living through everything together because unfortunately, Luka was two years older than her. And even if she'd turn seventeen this year, she'd still be one class lower than him, and that's why her favorite time was the lunch break so she could at least eat together with her boyfriend. She was really excited about everything but little did she know that the encounter with a special person would turn her life around piece by piece.

Early in the morning. Half past seven to be exact, Marinette's alarm clock went off which made her groan as she turned it off. She stretched and stood up to open the curtains and let the light shine through her room, but there was none. Instead of lovely sunshine there was fog and it looked really cold outside, wherefore Marinette thought about what she'd wear for her first day of school. She stood up, folded the bedsheet, and walked into the bathroom where she began to wash her face and brush her teeth. After that she decided to put on some Makeup, after brushing her dark and long hair which had light blue tips, she tied it up into a high ponytail. Only then she went back into her room and undressed her Top and Shorts before she threw them onto the bed, and puts on fresh underwear. Then she opened her closet and decided to put on a black sweater with a pair of jeans which had holes where you'd see the fishnet tights she dressed under it. Putting on some Sneakers she quickly began to run down the stairs.

Those who knew her for a long time now knew that her Style has drastically changed in the past 3 years. Normally she'd wear light and girly clothes. but Luka's rock and punk Style seemed to infect her and she'd only wear black or dark clothes now. As she met the bottom of the stairs she grabbed a Jeans Jacket which she'd put on soon after. Then she grabbed her Handbag and walk another floor down into her parent's bakery. "Good Morning Mum, Good Morning Dad, See you later!" She yelled and waved at them before closing the bakery door after her.

She walked down the street and looked into the sky and the floor, but when she saw the park she ran faster. Her boyfriend Luka already waited for her and opened his arm for her to jump into his arms. She started running and finally jumped onto his waist, where he'd placed his hands onto her thigh as he kissed her lips gently. "Good Morning, Sweetie... Did you sleep well?", he asked with his tough and deep but gentle voice. "I slept very well, and you my Love?", she asked back as he'd let her down again. He took her hand and intertwined his fingers with hers. They both started walking in the direction of the school because they were already a little late and didn't want that to happen on their first day. Marinette laid her free hand on Luka's arm and held onto him. In the distance, you could see the tall building and all the groups of students which consisted of new and old ones, which started to wheeze and cry because the holidays were over. Slowly but surely, Luka and Marinette entered the school building...
