(This is after jake hinted to drew about zoeys cheating in ep 10)
"Talk. Now" I snapped at liam and Henry my voice shaking as I spoke
"W-we don't know what he's talking about bro!" Said liam attempting to sound convincing. I narrowed my eyes in distrust and glanced down at Henry who couldn't even look me in the eye. his teeth were chattering and he was shuddering in fear.
"Henry,fucking tell me what he meant,now!"
I spat while walking and practically towering over him,so much so that he fell backwards onto the near by bench.
"H-he umm could have been uhh...kidding?" Liam put a hand to his forehead and I scoffed in disbelief
"F-FINE SHE'S CHEATING ON YOU WITH SOME 42 YEAR OLD WEIRDO OKAY!?"
and there it is,the answer I have been searching for. she's cheating on you.
I feel my vision start to blur and I clench my fist in annoyance at body for doing these silly things, I knew she was Cheating on me deep down so why was I crying?
Before liam or Henry mentioned anything I swiftly turned around and started walking away. I wasn't gonna stand there like an idiot and cry. I stormed off to the only place I could go.
The bathroom.
I pressed my back against the bathroom stall door and locked it,how could I have been so stupid!?, I thought to myself. I knew she didn't care about me. She's always been like this,I just can't believe I thought she'd change! Tears streamed down my cheeks as I shifted my body ready to punch the wall in frustration when suddenly I hear quiet foot steps slowly walk to my stall door and give it a polite knock.
"What?" I groaned trying to wipe away my tears
"Not to bother you but um I saw you running down the corridor just now and I just wanted to make sure you were okay" wait...I recognise that voice.
But who could it be? Probably some sentimental idiot who thinks determination and passion will get you through life.
"Ugh go away" I say quite annoyed I was already in a bad mood and I don't need anymore drama.
"Why do you hate me so much?"
"BECAUSE people like you are never gonna get anywhere in life,all that matters are good grades and a high paying job not passion or something" I stated because its true no matter how passionate you are its not gonna be worth it when your a child left behind
"Just because we're passionate about something we love doesn't mean we can't focus on school work too"
"Ugh"
" is your family pushing these believes on you...?"
"I-" this question stunned me for a second,how could they know that?"
"Just because he's my father doesn't mean he owns me,I'm my own person"
"Yeah but you just seem so unhappy..."
"...." I don't reply,they already had me figured out anyway
"Look I don't even know who you are-"
"Elliot. My names Elliot" oh. It's that nerd. Ew.
"Ugh. What do you want from me?"
The nerd goes quiet for a second before slipping a sheet of paper with a phone number on it.
"If you need me,call me."
"I won't. Trust me"
....
"We'll see."
Author's note: ik this probably looks shit but I promise I have plans for it. I'm kinda basing there relationship like Nick and Charlie's from heartstopper. Later on anyway.
