How to know if you have an og cleo de Nile doll.
As a doll collector you may want to identify your dolls to know what you have this chapter is here to help anyone who is looking to identity if their Cleo de Nile doll is an original or a re release.
Tip one:
Does the doll have golden elastics? If so she is an original Cleo from Early in the dolls release.Tip two:
Does the doll have white or black elastics? If so she is an original and just from a later Bach .
Tip three:
Does your doll have plastic joints instead of elastics?
If so she is a rerelease .Sometimes however when we're buying a doll only we can't always tell what the hips are held together with, but don't worry here are some tips that may indicate she is an og.
Tip 4:
Are your doll's shoe's or head band painted? If so she could be an og exspecaily if both are painted!
Tip five:
What do her hands look like?
If they are an open palm shape she might be an og but if they are a more closed shape than she not be an og.Tip six:
What does her Shaw look like?
If you can see the stitch Marks she could be an og, however if they black fabric looks thicker and you can't see the stitch Marks then she could be a repro .I hope this helps you identify your doll thanks for reading!
