"Mikey what are you doing?" Alexis asks as she wipes tears from her eyes as she sees Michelangelo extend his arms out trying to make a portal.
"Trying to make a portal." Michelangelo says.
"Mikey it's over..." Raphael says.
"Leo never gave up on us. I'm not giving up on him." Michelangelo says as as he then gets engulfed in a golden light beginning to create a portal.
"Whoa. Mikey. Whatever you're doing don't stop!" Raphael shouts.
"Keep it up Mikey!" Alexis says as Raphael and Donatello place their hands on Michelangelo's shoulders.
"We're here Mikey. Together." Raphael says as the group then sees Leonardo.
"There he is!" Alexis shouts.
"Took you guys long enough..." Leonardo says weakly.
"Leo!" Raphael shouts as he then uses his powers to grab Leonardo and pulls him through the portal before Michelangelo closes the portal in the Krang Leader's face.
"Hey. Eww. Are we in Staten island?" Leonardo asks as he looks around before the group hugs him happily.
*Timeskip*
"So this is grabbing a slice? I don't get it..." Casey says as the group is around him as he prepares to take a bite of pizza.
"Wait for it..." Michelangelo says.
"Mmm... So much better than rats." Casey says as he takes a bite of the pizza.
"Hey the rest of the world we saved is pretty great too." Leonardo says.
"Alright everybody. Look up here." April says as she takes a picture of the group with her phone and lets Casey see.
"April you just got a message from someone named Cassandra." Casey says as he hands April back her phone.
"Whoa! Looks like our friend Cassandra has been busy." April says.
"That's my mom!" Casey says as he sees the picture of the girl.
"There goes the space time continuum." Donatello says as he, Alexis, Michelangelo and Splinter look up.
"You did it little brother. You really did it. I'm proud of you." Raphael says as the group goes over to Leonardo as he is looking out at the sunset.
"This wasn't about me. It was about all of us doing what needed to be done because we're heroes." Leonardo says.
"You said heroes." Raphael says as he laughs.
"There it is gentlemen. Our home. What a town." Donatello says.
"Beautiful." Alexis says.
"I could think of a few other things that are even more beautiful." Leonardo says as he smiles at alexis.
"What's that?" Alexis asks curiously as she smiles causing Leonardo to blush.
"Oh uh hehe. Well anyway you're right. Our home is beautiful. And if it needs defending we'll always rise to the challenge." Leonardo says as he blushes nervously.
"Speaking of which. You know what challenge I'm gonna rise to? Beating that record!" Raphael shouts as the group cheers.
"No way! No okay fine. Alright Big Raphie. Let's do it!" Leonardo shouts.
*Timeskip*
"Oh. So good to just take a relaxing night off after what happened." Leonardo says as he is star gazing on a roof with Alexis a week later.
"It does feel nice. Even more nice with it just the two of us." Alexis says as she smiles.
"Yeah." Leonardo says.
"I was really worried about you ya know." Alexis says as Leonardo looks at her curiously.
"Back when I got stuck with the Krang?" Leonardo asks as Alexis nods.
"Yeah. I was worried you weren't gonna come back." Alexis says.
"Oh come on Alexis. You know I'll always come back." Leonardo says.
"That doesn't change the fact it really scared me. I thought I lost you." Alexis says.
"Well if it makes you feel any better you wanna know what I was thinking about the whole time I was stuck?" Leonardo asks as Alexis looks at him curiously.
"What?" Alexis asks curiously.
"You." Leonardo says as Alexis blushes.
"Me?" Alexis asks.
"Yeah. I mean I like you. A lot." Leonardo says.
"Really?" Alexis asks curiously.
"Yeah. I have since we met. I never told you because I was worried you'd not wanna be my friend afterward." Leonardo says as he looks down.
"That would never happened Leo. I like you too." Alexis says as she blushes.
"Good. Then that means I can do this then without fear of you slapping me." Leonardo says as he smirks before kissing Alexis on the lips before pulling away smiling.
"That was a welcome surprise." Alexis says as she smiles.
"So um would you uh maybe wanna go on a date with me some time?" Leonardo asks shyly.
"I'd love to Leo." Alexis says as she smiles happily.
