Scene 2: The Black Market

The ship managed to sail in the middle of the ocean and survived the storm. The ship  stops at a harbor. Now, all crews of the ship working together to take every shipments out. Including the animals. It is totally a strange place for the animals. They have never been here before. It is not a beautiful place like the forest, lake, hill or green field.

They can hear the boss voice ordering the crew to quickly take the animals out of the ship. The crew will take them to the black market for sure. They can see the guard with the monkey on his shoulder and other crews so busy this day. A very busy dawn for humans.

Mr. White: We are here, the destination. We will be taken to the black market after this. Look at our friend the tiger there, so sad.

Rajawali: I don't have good feelings.

Mr. White: Me either. This place is so dull.

Golden Boy: Open your eyes, stick to our plan. We should think how to get away from now.

The crews move the animals into a truck and a driver take them to another place. It is a long journey for hours to an unknown place. The tiger is weak. They have never seen a king of the jungle being so weak and sad like that.

They arrived at a very big building. All of them will be kept here for a while. In the building, there is a store room for them, and the can see an auction hall. An auction will be held there soon because there are a lot of workers doing preparations. Now, the are at the second floor of the building. It is the store room for shipments that will be sold by auction.

Antiques and ancient items are there too. So unique.

Mr. White: Here we are, the black market.

Rajawali: Look at the hall down there and the stage. They will take us there , in front of audiences and sell us with the highest price.

Golden Boy: We are in the store room. Now they are labeling everything with numbers that represents each item. I think the guy over there is the auctioneer. He should know all details of everything that will be sold. A guy with knowledge.

Harpy: He should be heartless to involve in this kind of auction.

Rajawali: I don't exactly know where are we right now. The weather is hot. I can feel it when we were on our way here.

Golden Boy: I think it is due to the pollution. The air is not clean too.

Rajawali: Yeah, and this place is too noisy.

Mr. White: This is another form of mismanaged world. Pollution is a global issue.

Golden boy: Yeah. The Northern Hemisphere is not as cold as before. I can feel the change.

Harpy: It is because of the development. Back in my home, the air is not polluted.

Rajawali: It will get more hot during the afternoon. The humans are using fossil fuel combustion as their source of power to produce electricity and for motorized vehicle. It produces heat and damaged the ozone layer.

Mr. White: It leads to high levels of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. That's why the air is polluted. Just like the poaching issues, this is due to the high demand.

Harpy: It will become worst due to cities developments and deforestation. We are going to lose our home if they don't control their activities.

Rajawali: Indeed.

Golden Boy: This will increase the temperature of earth and the ice will melt. Soon there will be flood during rainy season everywhere.

The eagles saw everything before they were captured. They learnt everything through life but they can't do nothing except migrating from one place to another if they have to. Everything in the world is changing. It turned into hazardous place and not safe anymore including for humans.
