It's Christmas time

What happened

" Oh my gosh what happened? " she asked my father.
" We where turning and this guys breaks on his truck locked up and he couldn't stop.
" And he hit us " father exclaimed
" When we crashed Annette and Harper got seriously hurt " he said
" As he said that the ambulance rushed in .
" Our vehicle flipped and there where firefighters who tried for 36 minutes to get us out after that we had to be rushed to the hospital before we lost so much blood that we passed out. "
" So by the time we got to the hospital they were supposed to have a transplant ready but couldn't find a match for it.
" My kidneys ruptured and needed a transplant or I could have died,but Harper gave me hers but they tested it and it was a perfect match and so she saved my life and so when we where in recovery I asked her why did you do that ?
" We haven't known each other for 6 months.
" Your my best friend" she said.
" I would do anything for you.
" So wait I still don't under stand how you where a match.
" I thought that only siblings, and or parents could be a perfect match"
" When we got to the hospital we where both passed out Harper from hitting her head so hard, and me from a injury.
" I needed a transplant and fast so when the could not find one they tried Harper and she was the perfect match.
" After we woke up from the surgery we took a DNA test to confirm.
" Three weeks later while we were still in recovery it was true.
" We're long lost sisters " the doctor said.
" Turns out our mother and father died in a car accident we were the only ones who survived?"
" So your telling me that our parents really died in a car accident?"
"So what do we do now knowing that we are siblings? " I questioned."
" Well I guess that we just go on with ore life's and maybe find out who our parents really were." She stated."
" Well meat me after school and we can meet at the library and do some research about them."
" But how here we going to do that? We don't even know there names." Harper said."
" Well we can ask the person who took the DNA test." I said.
" Yeah come on!" She exclaimed."
" So? What do they say?" I asked Annette.
" Our next door neighbor is our grandparents.
