Final Selection Exam Part-1

Yama and Sylvia

The right head of the demon blinked as it's view began to waver and mix around and before he knew it, his neck was filled with piercing pain and he knew know more besides a pair of royal blue eyes staring down at him.

Sylvia smiled down at him

She then looked up and beamed at Yama who also watched as the demon died before their eyes then they both nodded and headed their way towards god-knows-where

"Holy heck! You got outta that one without even a scratch! Breath of the beast sudden throwing strike" Yama throws his blade and slices off the head of a small demon that was reaching for sylvia to a tree the demon turns to ash and he pulls his blade out of the tree "How many days till we are off this mountain?"

The cut in Yamas leg starts bleeding profusely "Darn it" tears part if his purple and black geometric hiyori and wraps it with rope "Do you still wanna stick with me... With this wound ill definitely slow you down"

Sylvia hummed as she sliced off another arm off a demon before decapitating it, "there are only 4 more days left and sure why not?" Then they both grinned

"4 days huh? You would think I would know before coming here how long this whole thing lasted but i never really cared to find out, say its almost daybreak you wanna find a nice area to get some sleep?, I have some extra food If you wanna eat after we wake up!."

* points to a near by hill* "That area is gonna be one if the first to get hit by the sun we should probably stay there if thats fine by you."

Sylvia nodded and grinned, "Race ya there!" Then she ran off with Yama chasing after her. "YOU'VE GOT A HEAD START!""STILL COUNTS! THERE WAS NO COUNT DOWN!"

Lays down at the top of the hill as the sun breaks smiling like a madman and looks over at sylvia "Man I cant believe Im actually having some fun at final selection... Is that bad? Also how are you so skilled ? You fought off that big mutated demon and it was like boom decapitation! You could be a hashira one day!"

Sylvia blinked in surprise before giggling, "You can have fun anywhere though and it's not bad at all! And I really don't consider myself as skilled or easily to be in the Hashira's, honestly I think you would have a better chance at becoming Hashira, you!re brilliant at tactics while I didn't even bother!"She then lay down on the grass and stared at the sky, "I'm only familiar with which form I needed to use and how to use...yeah."

"I still think your moves were brilliant!, I had to get crafty... I was originally trying to learn thunder breathing but my master said my form was the sloppiest he has ever seen... So he refused to teach me ... I learned beast breathing from a dude in a boar mask... And ive been using that ever since." smiles "crafty is just how i survive... That how i uh.. Oh nvm.., but you ... your form is excellent!"

Yama thinks to himself... If that was her not even bothering to consider tactics how powerful would she be with a tactical mind Scary!!

Sylvia cocked her head sideways, "Dude in a boar mask? Well doesn't that fit beast breathing," she giggled before continuing, "I heard when doing thunder breathing, you have to build up your muscles in one area at your leg and then release it with a whoosh and a bam!"

Yama stared at her with a 'wut' expression, and Sylvia waved it off and continued to stare at the sky and before long she drifted off to sleep

Legs huh? I might try that he thought to himself "Goodnight" Closing his eyes yama let out an exhale and passed out on the grass

Yama wakes up in a jolt peers over to the horizon "damnit looks like we only have an hour and a half till sunset

Sylvia groaned before turning over and rubbed her eyes. "Five more minutes?" She muttered, looking at Yama questionly

Yama Pulls out an assortment of vegatables and salted meats and other foods "Would food convince you to get up?" chuckles and starts to shake slyvia "come on sleepyhead you need to eat to regain your strength" pulls out a bottle of a black liquid"oh yeah and drink up too, its not very tasty but itll give you loads of energy"

Sylvia whined before sitting up and rubbing her eyes, "Using food to bribe is a sin but.." she grabbed two onigiri and shook his hand "Happy to do business with you." Then she started eating while looking down at the trees and already shadows began to show

Yama stands up and smiles as he sees sylvia eat "Which direction are we heading for tonight?" takes a swig of the liquid "AH NASTY" then smiles like a dumbass "want some?"
