(A/N: I'm now adding Sam's, Tucker's, Jazz's and Valerie's point of views.)

I tried Danny's cell phone too many times to count. Our 'parents' were too cheap to buy phones with a tracker on it, so Danny and I were both stuck with dumb Fenton phones. I called Sam and Tucker, but they haven't heard from him or Danielle either.
—————
Not knowing where Danny was or if he was alright worried me. Jazz mentioned that he seemed to be hurt when he and Danielle fled, and I found it a lot harder to concentrate in school with the thought of him hurt somewhere. We've been going out for over a year now, and besides trying to make more time for us to hang out alone, he's also made sure that I had a full arsenal of gothic ghost hunting gear at my disposal. I was going to put that to use if he didn't show up soon.
—————
I know Danny can take care of himself. I also know he's been scared of his parents reaction to his Ghost Powers ever since he gained them. He's my best friend, and I'm seriously worried about him. That's why I'm scrolling through the web to see if I can find any trace of where he might've gone. So far, no sightings of Danny Phantom last night.
——————
I was looking at the red hat I found on patrol last night. It looked so familiar, and then it hit me. Danielle Phantom. I found it in an abandoned warehouse. I was pretty surprised, actually. Last time I saw Danielle, I teamed up with Danny Phantom to save her. Long story short, Danielle was living on the streets and only using her powers to get food and get by. And she really wasn't the kind of ghost that would want to harm anyone anyway. She did save me once. It really makes you think when you hunt ghosts. I wanted to give this back to her, but I had no clue to where she was.
——————
Suddenly, my phone started ringing. I didn't recognize the number, but it was possible it could be Danny at a payphone.
——————
As I approached my locker to end the day and start a search for Danny, I heard people talking about something I tried drowning out. Then a few key words hit my ears: "Mayor Masters" "Fenton".
——————
My search payed off when I found an article about the Fenton's. It was posted last night to a local website, which made it weird that I didn't find it until now. I texted Sam to get to the computer lab asap. When she was there a few minutes later, it looked like she already knew.

"What did you find out Tucker?" Lost for words on exactly what to tell her, I pressed the audio button for her to listen.

"Ghost Hunter's Madeline and Jack Fenton have been convicted for attempting to murder their son and niece for dressing up as the popular ghost vigilante Danny Phantom. While our sources indicate that they where found in a warehouse by Mayor Vlad Master's, also a known friend of the Fenton's, we have yet to hear if these allegations have any truth to them. However, we have heard from several other sources that reply that the two children are in critical condition and that they will soon be released into the care of Mr. Masters himself."

"That's it?"

"For audio, yeah. There's a hospital listed on here, too. We can get a ride there to visit."

"Tuck, did you forget about my car?"

"Oh, yeah. I don't understand how both you and Danny got your license's but I—" I suddenly gasped. "You cheated on the exam, didn't you?" It wasn't really a question, but Sam had that glare on her face at the accusation and I didn't want to die yet.

"Not the driving part and that's what matters most."

"I knew it. Hey!" She hit me.
——————
I searched on my phone to see if this Danielle looked anything at all like Dani Phantom. Shockingly enough, yes. That would mean mean Danny... Maybe it's a good thing that I consider him a friend. It looked like I was heading to the hospital after school.
——————
"Alright Vlad, thank you so much for letting me know where they are."

"Your welcome Jasmine. Are you going to visit soon?"

"As soon as I find a place to stay tonight." I regret running off with no plan, but my parents are insane. I knew this my whole life and still, I choose my brother and cousin over them.

"You can always stay at my manor, Jasmine. The custody papers are coming together nicely, and I have already ensured Daniel he will see you soon."

"How did you know I was looking?"

"Jasmine, it isn't very hard to understand that what brothers and sisters have is nothing but pure love for each other. Like you and Daniel, for example. I'll tell the hospital to expect family and friends, and you can make a detour to my manor to drop off your stuff. Deal?"

"Deal. Thank you so much Vlad. I don't know how to repay you." I hanged up, excited to see Danny, but also worried about what Vlad was up to. He was being nice, yes, but he was being almost too nice. Good thing I had my own ghost weapons to fight with if I had to. Danny helped me with the ideas by wearing a camera pinned to the collar of his suit when he fought against ghosts. By watching the tapes, I realized that most ghosts fight the same, at least physically. So with a little help, I made a set of bracelets that did a number of things. And the 'rents were so proud. It sounds like a sick joke now, but Danny and I were proud that we actually accomplished something that made them proud of us.
———————
When Jasmine pulled up to my manor, I wasn't expecting to feel like this. I knew she was armed, after all she was Daniel's sister. Still, my heart was beating faster and faster as I walked outside to greet her. I haven't been this nervous since— oh my. Jasmine smiled and tried to take her bag into the manor, but I only waved for a maid and she took the bag for her.

"Thank you, but that really isn't necessary." Jasmine said softly as she leaned against the old rust bucket she called a car.

"Jasmine, please don't take this the wrong way, but you look exhausted." She hastily ran her fingers through her hair as I said this. Like Mother like Daughter I suppose. Madeline does the same thing when she's nervous.

"It's hard to sleep when I know Danny isn't safe. And to hear he's in a hospital is very unsettling. He hates hospitals."

"He'll be here soon. Why don't we get you settled in the room I have set up for you and you can take a nap now that you know Daniel is safe?"

"Alright Vlad. Just promise me that this isn't one of your tricks? I don't want drama when my parents come to you begging to get custody of their little boy back. And you never say no to my mother." I believe I understood what she was asking. And after seeing how passionate she was about the wellbeing of her brother, I decided not to test her patience.

"They are not going to get out of jail, Jasmine."

"I got a call from my mom today. She made a deal with the Guys in White. They both can go home, but they want to know everything they know about Danny. Well, not Danny, but Danny Phantom. And to them that's the same thing. Mom said she thinks they can FIX HIM. There's nothing wrong with him though, h-e's-he's fine!" I put my arms around her to comfort her. She cried into my suit jacket, nothing that couldn't be fixed. I had a feeling she hadn't expressed so much emotion in a long time, whether about her parents or her brother. I stood there rubbing her back until she stopped crying. "How could this happen?" Jasmine finally asked hoarsely.

"I guess I didn't see her sign those accursed papers. I'll take care of it, I promise. Now let's take care of you first, since this ordeal has obviously shaken you." I walked with her to the room I had prepared for her, a desk, a bookcase, her clothes already put away by a maid, a connecting bathroom, and yet all she saw was the bed.

She seemed content to sleep on top of all the blankets and with shoes on, but since she was the only one here, I took her shoes off for her and tucked her in. Somehow, she grabbed my wrist and pulled me on top of her, which was definitely surprising because I didn't think she could be so strong. She was definitely Jacks daughter, without the fudge consuming genes. However, I just laid next to her. I sent a clone to see to the other things I needed to do, but Jasmine held onto my arm as though she needed it more than I did. I knew I could easily get free, but I didn't want to wake Jasmine when she was sleeping so peacefully. I pulled the covers over us without disturbing her and she laid her head on my chest. It was odd, this beautiful young woman snuggling with me. It made me feel warm inside and happy too. I decided to fall asleep beside her. It wasn't anything meant to hurt her, I just wanted her to catch up on some sleep, and if I had to be here...

My mind drifted as I thought about Jasmine and her passions and dreams that I knew of. It made me realize that I didn't know much about Jack and Maddie's children. Next thing I knew though, I was asleep.
