Driving Benson crazy

A/N: Ideas, ideas and more ideas just randomly popping into my head. In this story I am stating that Elliot has divorced Kathy and is now single. Well I hope you guys like it. Thanks to my beta MellyHorror-Salvatore-Northman for the edits. Please read, enjoy, and review.

If there's one thing Elliot Stabler is good at its driving Olivia Benson crazy. And boy does he do it well. Sometimes she is so annoyed by him she wants to kick his butt. But at work she must remain calm and professional.

On one particular day Elliot strolled into work, sat down at his desk and did nothing at all. Olivia kept eyeing him suspiciously wondering when he was going to pounce. 'What does that damn Elliot have up his sleeve today. I know he is planning something.' Thought Olivia. 'Look at him sitting there trying to look all innocent. Yeah buddy you aren't fooling me.' Olivia kept thinking something was up with Elliot but went back to her work.

Olivia took a stretch break when she realized she was having a hard time focusing on her paperwork. She walked to the cribs and decided to have a little nap since things were really slow and she slept like crap last night. She let the captain know and told him to send someone to fetch her if they got a case. Olivia laid on the bunk and threw the covers on and crashed out.

Elliot was getting impatient. He wanted to annoy Olivia and she was nowhere in sight. He tracked down the captain and found him at his desk. "Hey Cap have you seen Olivia?" Elliot asked.

"She said she was tired and didn't sleep well last night. She said she was going to take a nap in the cribs." Captain Cragen replied.

"Thanks Cap." Elliot said.

"Oh and Elliot, please get Olivia as soon as a case comes in." Captain Cragen replied.

"Will do Cap." Elliot said.

Elliot thought Olivia napping was perfect timing and that it was the perfect opportunity to annoy her.

Elliot went down to the cribs and opened the door. He walked down to the end of the room and spotted Olivia. He got ready to annoy her, but when he got there he saw something that made him stop in his tracks. He saw an exhausted looking Olivia sleeping peacefully with a faint smile on her face. After seeing this he didn't have the heart to annoy her.

Elliot laid down carefully on the bunk next to hers and just watched her for a while. Soon he started to fall asleep. Elliot was sound asleep in a short amount of time. It was like this that Munch had found them 3 hours later when a case finally came in.

Olivia looked over at the bunk next to her and nearly fell off the bed. She screamed in surprise. She hadn't expected anyone to be sleeping practically right next to her. When she looked at Elliot she had her eyes narrowed. "Ooh Stabler you always annoy me." Olivia said.

"Well this time I tried not to." Elliot replied. Olivia laughed at this point and got out of bed. By this time Munch had already gone back upstairs.

Olivia jumped on top of Elliot and straddled his lap. She then proceeded to tickle Elliot until he was crying out in pain and asking for mercy. "Payback!" Olivia shouted triumphantly.

Elliot flipped them and said "Now who's got who pinned?" Elliot laughed. He then leaned down and kissed Olivia on the lips. Olivia blushed and pushed him off.

"Hey as nice as that was we have to get back up there." Olivia said. Elliot looked hurt and tried to cover it up. Olivia noticed and grabbed him by the shirt collar and gave him a rough kiss.

When they broke apart Elliot was feeling dizzy. "Okay Liv lets go back upstairs." Elliot replied with a huge smile.
