Y/N was born with the ability to run at intense speeds akin to a user of the speed force, but it purely derives from him, as his body is akin to a reactor generating a gigaton of energy a second as it constantly creates energy that Y/N can use with no limit to increase his speed or even strength.
This constant flow of energy has improved his body to superhuman levels on all levels and in every place.

I've almost finished taking down these goons I found while doing a job Bruce gave me, but, come on, he's literally making me run around the world like an errand boy lately.
I re-entered America after going to the Arctic to find Superman, but for some reason he wasn't there; furthermore, he wasn't at the Daily Bugle, his apartment, or his parents. They were surprised when I appeared in their kitchen while they were eating.
"Oh! Y/N, you surprised me there; why didn't you tell us you were coming?" "Come sit down and have some food with us; it's my meat loaf." Mrs. Kent stood up and began to pull me to the table while I tried explaining that I couldn't intrude and that I was looking for Clark.
"Clark? " "He was here earlier, but he seemed to be in a rush trying to get someplace; I bet it was Lois; she is ever so sweet," Mrs. Kent explained while guiding Y/N to the table.
"Martha! " "What was that scream, and are you all right?" Mr. Kent rushed in clothes that clearly had been used for farm work, as evidenced by the trail of dirt left behind him and his beard collecting dirt.
"It's fine, honey, but look, it's Y/N; he came to find Clark, but now he's going to stay for dinner," Mrs. Kent said sweetly while plopping Y/N into a chair.
"I can't really; I am in a terrible rush, and I have my girls at home waiting for me," Y/N explained.
"Oh, I guess that's understandable; I just wanted to eat dinner as a family like we used to."
