''Kalgara, they came..''

''I don't want to see that bastard's face again!'' shouted Kalgara, ''I will kill him for sure if I do!''

As the night rolled in, Noland and his crew stayed near their camping ground.

''The bell didn't ring today!''

''Yeah, that's the first time it happens. Where's Admiral and Almani-San?''

''They're on a rock over there.''

Almani placed her head on her friend's head. She can feel his pain. He was quite hurt by what the villagers had told him and his crew. He was more hurt by the fact Almani was going to stay with them.

''Admiral...?''

''Another two days, and we should be done checking through the forest..'' he said.

''Y-Yes, sir!''

''Tell the others we leave in three days! We have to leave before we get used to this dry land!'' Noland continued.

''Three days? But admiral, the atmosphere of this island is already pretty bad!''

''We need to finish the work we have started. We're done talking! Good Night!''

''Noland... there is no reason to be this harsh to your crew. How many times do I have to tell you this?'' she asked.

He remained silent. She sighed heavily as she pushed a strand of her hair behind her ear. She turned to see Noland walking in the forest. She stood up and followed him. Azari had caught the two walking towards her and her new friend and stood by them as Noland called out to Kalgara.

''I KNOW YOU'RE HERE SOMEWHERE, KALGARA!! COME OUT!! WHAT IS ALL OF THIS ABOUT!? TELL ME WHAT'S GOING ON!?''

''Noland...''

''I WILL STAY HERE UNTIL YOU TELL ME WHAT'S GOING ON!!''

An arrow appeared and was headed toward Noland. He was able to dodge it while Almani caught the sharp arrow between her fingers.

''Get out of my sight, unless you want this to be your final night...''

''Kalgara...''

She healed the small wound on Nolands' face and watched as he left. She turned to see Kalgara's back.

''Kalgara...''

He turned to face her. She sighed heavily and walked towards him. She held his face in her hands and placed his forehead against hers.

''Azari... I'm going to let her go,'' she said softly.

''...Why?''

''...'', She let out a shaky breath, ''She needs to start a family of her own. There are only a few of her kind left in this world. I want her to forget about me and live her life as fast as possible.''

The next few days went by. It was finally time to say their goodbyes. Almani hugged every single crew member on Noland's ship. As the ship moved across the shore. Azari was in her final form. She placed her large snout on her owner's chest. Almani placed her hand on her snout.

''Go, live your life, Azari. Start a family of your own,'' she said shakily, ''Please, forget about me. I will never forget the days we spent together, this is our last day. Go, you're free now...''

Azari let out a soft growl and expanded her wings and elevated above the sea. Almani felt her tears roll down her cheek as she saw her dragon's body disappear into the sky. The bell began to ring. She turned to see Kalgara run into the seashore.
