Heyy my name is y/n and this year im 20 years old, i go to Harvard university and this year is the last year i will be studying there. i stay at an apartment on 0523 street with my best friend lani. we both met at the university last year and we become very close. lani has a boyfriend name ryan his a Youtuber and he's 21. I have been single my whole life and not gonna lie it's pretty sad, i keep complaining to lani bout it and she always tries to help me by trying to set me up on a date but i always reject all of them because they are really weird and they're not my type.
One day, i was sitting in my room chilling listening to music and suddenly lani barged into my room. i took a book and throw it at her for almost breaking my door, and she just laughs and said "y/n i wanna go meet up with my boyfriend and his group u wanna come?" i just look at her and think for a while then say "yeah sure why not". i ask her to get out and i went to get ready, i wore a hoodie and some jeans. After that i tie my hair up in a ponytail, take my headphone and went out. i wait for lani in the living room and after 20 minutes she's finally ready.
After that, we went to a mall nearby. When we arrive lani parked the car and went inside, the boys and a girl were waiting at a boba shop. lani went to her boyfriend ryan kissed and hug him then she turn back and look at me. Then i ask her "what?" and she turns to others and introduced them to me.

"oh yeah this is my girlfriend guys her name is alana" said regie. we all smile at each other and i went to introduce myself. Then all of us went to eat at a ramen shop, lani was sitting with me while the other side of me is darren. I'm not gonna lie his pretty cute and i was in my own world staring at him until he turn his head to me, so i quickly turn my head to lani. lani was just wiggling her eyebrow at me, now my face is as red as a tomato. i turn back around and saw him looking while smiling at me and i can feel that my face is getting redder and redder. Thank god my food came, while eating i noticed that darren keep looking at me but i just shrugged and eat my food. Then its time to pay it was supposed to be sebastian to pay but his card got declined(ofc) everyone just laughs and teases sebastian while oliver paid. We walk around for a bit and decided its getting late so all of us went home after saying goodbye to each other.
