A faint memory

At the Inn of Galilee
Flashback from before the shopping

"Huh! Why do you want me to spy on the Galilean princess? Isn't that your job right now?" Mina asked as she was dumbfounded at Katsumi to ask her to spy on the Galilean princess. "I investigated that she will have a clear schedule today even though visiting the market is not what she does in her free time...I have to confirm something" Katsumi replied as she sat back on her bed. "What do you want to confirm?" Mina asked. "That the princess is the wanderer" Katsumi stated. "What makes you come to that conclusion?" Mina said. "You really thought all I did here was to practice maid duties?" Katsumi scoffed and Mina looked even more interested in her theory. "When I looked at the wanderer she reminded me of someone...someone I thought forgetting was better but now that I remember... I want to go to the roots of this situation" Katsumi said. "Fine what do you want me to figure out?" Mina asked. "Her personality...observe even the minute details of her gestures, dialogues and expressions" Katsumi said and with that Mina left the inn and helped in the shopping till the time she noticed the princess nearby and left to spy on the princess who surprisingly was present in the market.
"she really is something else." A certain someone (Mina) thought as she looked at the Galilean princess from a far distance. Mina then approached the boys and took them to the inn to meet Katsumi. "I am sorry but external guests are not allowed here...not even for a short while, Please let me escort you all out" The receptionist said. "Oh okay...we also have a place to live for the time being. We will leave, Mina take care of Ruby and yourself" Kirishima said and he left...Mina stood there all red, it was the first time Kirishima ever told her to take care of herself since she fell in love with him.  Mina gathered herself and left to meet Katsumi.

At Ruby's Room
"You took your time" Katsumi said. "I was preparing a good report for you" Mina said and looked away while still blushing. "You know I can see you blushing...did something good happen?" Katsumi teased Mina. Mina handed over her report to Katsumi and avoided her gaze. "Fine don't tell me" Katsumi then began to read the report and her eyes widened with the details. "So it really is her...I never thought she was of royal bloodline...either ways she keeps scaring me..." Katsumi stated. "Scares you? She looks like a harmless fluffy puppy" Mina looked at Katsumi's frightened expression. "Even a puppy can bite...a dog is aware of its surroundings therefore knows it's danger and acts accordingly but a puppy is unknown to its surrounding's nature and acts as it pleases,so naive yet so powerful" Katsumi said. "I think you are exaggerating things here" Mina said. "You are dismissed" Katsumi said and Mina left to her room. ^so we meet again...is this fate? Destiny? Something keeps pulling me towards you...why do you make me feel this way?!^ Katsumi thought as her face had tinged with a light pink colour. Katsumi went to sleep and had a dream ...It was a memory Katsumi wanted to forget.
Flashback/dream time
"Oi Deku when will you go back?" A 6 year old Katsumi asked her greenette friend who was sitting at the banks of a river throwing pebbles in the river, "never!" The greenette answered. It has been a week since the King of Galilee passed away, the kingdom was in chaos. To provide a better lifestyle to her daughter, the Queen of Galilee sent Princess Izumi to Alora. At first the young princess was reluctant but left her home kingdom. "I know you are angry with how things are...but you can't do anything about it so just focus on yourself and study!" Katsumi advised Izumi and she happily nodded.
After 3 years Izumi was called back home, her mother, The Queen of Galilee came to pick her up. Izumi was really upset as she had to leave Katsumi and go back to her kingdom. Izumi didn't even show a tear and bid farewell to Katsumi happily. Katsumi was broken, she was upset but even more upset as she saw Izumi leave without a tinge of sadness on her face, it made her question and hate Izumi. What made Katsumi afraid of Izumi? Izumi is a selfless person, she hardly gave herself attention. Whilst her stay in Alora, Izumi tried finding ways to help her kingdom when that was forbidden she helped in making plans for Alora. Her devotion to work tirelessly and selflessness made Katsumi afraid of her but also made her love her. These efforts were acknowledged and an alliance was formed between Galilee and Alora.
Back to reality
Katsumi suddenly woke up because of the dream but her desire to make a new dream where things were different made her sleep again.

In Princess Izumi's Castle
"Princess, are you still practising your arrows? It's late. You must go to bed on time" Shoto trying his best to know Izumi strikes a conversation with her. "Shoto,  thank you for your care but today I am not feeling good" Izumi said as she hits the bull's eye. "Whatever the mood, you don't lose your concentration...it amazes me" Shoto said. "These days you have started to talk more and more with me" Izumi said. Shoto was taken aback at how quickly Izumi noticed that and said, "oh really?" Shoto kept a poker face but inside his heart was about to explode as if he was caught red handed. "Yeah... it feels good to see you act as your old self...like when we first met...you were shy but only for a day or so before you opened up to me and talked and commented throughout the day with me...but from past few years you kept your distance from me,  I thought I lost you but looking at you now,it seems I haven't lost my friend" Izumi said and smiled as she continued her practice. Shoto couldn't believe what Izumi had just said. He was unaware that he hurt Izumi throughout these years. He noticed how deeply Izumi cared for him and his presence. On this day he swore to protect Izumi till his last breath. "I will be here, just call my name and I will be at your service." Shoto said. "Oh hush! Now you have to spend time with me! Here's your bow and arrow!" Izumi giggled and Shoto chuckled as they engage while playing archery.
"Oh I didn't know they will be spending time together, I am sorry to not have informed you earlier, Your Highness" Ochako bowed to Queen Inko. Inko witnessed a beautiful seen in front of her and said, "Let it be, I am returning to my castle."
