"San you need to eat."

"San please eat."

"San can you please stop this already?"

He's heard this at least four times a day. He knows why he's here. He can feel the betrayal of every single soul that encounters him. Because they knew damn well something was going on and never helped. They were never friends, to begin with, she was never a mother to him. He had only ever wanted one thing in his life and he's had his hands on it. It felt like a miracle. Like he was the chosen one. That life finally wanted to see him thrive.

They would never understand. Even now, he watches silently as Seonghwa even him to eat his food for the millionth time today. He physically can't eat. He doesn't want to. He feels drained and they don't get it. He wants to get away. He wishes to ban visitors forever. He wants to go to a place that does not exist.

His memories are flooding with his black-haired boy. He's reminded of the feel of his lips on his, his hand softly holding his. He clenched his fist as he felt a hand on him, tensing up not wanting to lose his temper. Too bad his mouth spoke before he could think.

"Get the fuck off me and get out now," he whispered side-eyeing the boy now. Seonghwa pulled back with wide eyes. Never had San cursed, nor has he ever gotten mad. "San, what happened?" he asked as soon as he saw the boy calm down.

"... Nothing at all," he said sitting back down on his bed. "The nurse will be in soon for your medicine check so make sure you eat, please. I have to go now we will be back tomorrow." Seonghwa sighed getting up and not waiting for a response. He knows he won't get one.

San sighed and looked over where the boy would usually. They would sit around and watch the hospital tv complaining about how boring it was. But not today. Today san was sane even though he didn't want to be. He would do anything to see his boy. The knock on his door snapped him out of his thoughts.

"You didn't eat again? San it's been two weeks and you've only eaten four times. Keep it up and we gonna use a tube on you and you're not going to like it," she sighed and put gloves on.

"Open your mouth," she said and he complied. today he did take his medicine. Last time he did it didn't end well and he did not want to experience it again. Maybe not yet. But as of now he swore to himself to just deal with it and he'll be out sooner. If only he can get himself to eat consistently so they can see he's fine without them.

"Okay good now get up., she directed and he stood up. She checked his sheets and pillows. Articles of clothing and garbages. They now had to investigate his room after they found a week's worth of pills in his sheets that he was supposed to take. His bathroom had a lock on it so it would be impossible to throw them up (they've caught him doing it one too many times).

"Good job today San, I'll go get your food reheated please eat okay?" she said grabbing the tray and walking out. He situated himself back on his bed and let his mind drift. He just wanted to see Wooyoung again. It's been a week since he's last seen him. Their little adventure last week had gotten San in obvious trouble with Wooyoung trying to sneak him out. San sighed feeling tears well in his eyes as the door opened again revealing the nurse with his food. after she left he picked up a cup of fruit and began eating. His stomach growled and it wasn't the good kind. He went to the bathroom frantically trying to open the door but was, of course, unsuccessful. He coughed and coughed, constantly dry heaving as he felt his stomach reject the fruit and bring it right back up onto his floor.

He crawled towards his door and lay on the floor dizzy. He banged on the door as hard as he could hoping someone would come to get him. The same nurse soon opened the door and looked around seeing San on the floor covered in spit and throw up. "San what happened?" she said as she quickly moved to get him. He didn't answer, only cried. He felt disgusting. He wanted Wooyoung with him and he didn't know how much more of this he could take. The medicine was wearing off. He could hear the faint sound of Wooyoungs voice somewhere.

"San I'm gonna start a shower for you okay? Just stay sitting in the chair," she said as she started the water. He looked at the door waiting and waiting. He knew Wooyoung was coming soon.
He heard the nurse enter the room again and bring him to the bathroom. He let her do what she had to do as he silently waited.

"I see you tried to eat... I'll get some crackers for you to snack on throughout the day and tell the doctor about this. We might have to look into a nutritionist for you," she said as she washed his hair. He once again stayed silent and waited for her to finish.

San was now in bed watching tv like he usually does waiting. The door opened and there Wooyoung was. "Sorry I took so long, I was talking to your doctor," he smiled setting down food. "Got us food of course. How are you today?"

"I ate earlier but I threw it up," he pouted causing Wooyoung to coo. "Oh no, eat my food and don't waste it. I put so much effort into making this for you," he said opening the containers. San grabbed him and started eating. He felt his stomach growl the same but nothing was coming back up. "Wooyoung, I can't eat," he whispered but the boy didn't take any of it. "Yes you can," he said and ushered the boy to continue. San felt himself gag but nothing was coming out. He felt sweat form on his forehead as the temperature of the room increased.

"San. Stop playing and eat right now, you're putting my hard work to waste." San looked at Wooyoung who was sitting calmly. "Deep breaths," he said as he put his container down and sat on the bed hugging San. He felt himself calm down. "It's all in your head, you're okay," he whispered and pulled back.

San took a deep breath and smiled. "You're right it's all in my head. Thank you," he said as he picked the container up and started eating.

Once they finished eating Wooyoung crawled into the bed with San. "I want you to get out of here already," he said cuddling up to the boy. It was times like these that San needed the most. "I'm trying my best I promise," he whispered hugging Wooyoung tightly.

"Let's go right now," Wooyoung said letting go and getting up. "If you loved me you'll go," he said as he walked out the door not waiting for San. The boy quickly moved. He didn't know the temperature outside. He had no other clothes other than the ones he arrived with. He grabbed them and opened the door seeing Wooyoung waiting outside.

"Let me change first please," he said and stepped back inside changing. He's never made attempts to escape by himself. Only ever with Wooyoung It felt right leaving now. He needed to prove his love to Wooyoung.

Lacing his shoes he left his phone on his table and left, never looking back once as he held hands with Wooyoung.
