Maybe I Should Give Up

Chapter 1.

     Hi I'm Lily Yang and I'm going to tell you my sad love story

I always thought I was unlucky,even when I was a child,people would make fun of me.One of the reasons would be that I'm half Chinese,but most of them would be just stupid shits they made up about my life,like being unlucky.They somehow manipulated me in thinking that I am indeed,and I just started to believe them.
I actually had a great life then,but after more time in believing those lies I actually got somehow unlucky
It started with my friends leaving me,then I was getting really bad grades, no boy liked me,I was bullied and a lot of embarrassing events happend at school that I don't want to talk about,my parents started fighting,I had financial problems and I literally almost died..
That until in 9th grade where I met my amazing wonderful friend that I sticked with for 7 years.

But how you might already know she is NOTHING like me.She is fricking rich,has a really wonderful big house that I could never have,amazing parents aswell and ton of friends!like is that not lovely?
Yes I am a bit jealous of her but who wouldn't be when she has this easy life.But its alright,she deserves it because she has such a good soul and honestly if we never met I think I wouldn't be here now telling you my story.

    So you know how I told you about my friend?she also dated a ton of guys and remember how I said that I'm really unlucky,yeah every guy I asked out turned up to be cheating on me or in the worst case die.This happend just once,it was actually the last boyfriend I had and I was convinced to never date anyone EVER after that.My friend tried to comfort me but I couldn't get through it.His name was Josh,on the anniversary of one year togheter he died in a car accident..yeah it was really devastating but now I just need to move on.

My phone was ringing,I was really tired because I cried a lot last night but I immediately woke up by the amazing news I got.The call was from Jude,she got me a job at a restaurant as a waiter.I was struggling finding a job so it was perfect!By the way thank you a lot Jude you're the best!
   I was starting the job in 3 hours so I needed to get ready quickly.I got dressed took my bag and left.I talked to the boss there.I signed some contracts and he agreed to take me in.I met some of my coworkers and they were really nice.
      My first day at work was great!!
