SHE'S ALIVE!
I ran back to my office in a frenzy and quickly dialled the phone.
"Hello?" Mr. Styles answered. He sounds so depressed and his voice is croaky.
"Mr. Styles, It's Dr. Mignogna."
"Oh. What can I do for you?"
"Um, it concerns Darcy."
"What's wrong?! What happened?!"
"Well, this morning I went to check on her and when I walked into her room, she was gone."
"Wait, someone took my daughter's dead body?"
"No.."
"What? Then what happened?"
"She's alive. I looked at the security camera and she just woke up and panicked and ran away. I have no idea where she is But she's alive."
"H-h-how?"
"I have no idea, sir."
"Um, I will try everything. I have to get my little girl back. Thank you so much Doc. Have a good day."
"You too, goodbye."
I ended the conversation and ran my hands through my hair. Darcy could be anywhere in the world. We could possibly never find her, but there's always hope.
