third person pov: "do you like living in L.A?" lailah asked trying to make things less awkward "i didn't like it at first but then i got to know you and everyone else so it's way better" ethan replied they started talking about anything and everything until there was nothing else to talk about and ethan got this little voice in the back of his head telling him to ask lailah out so he did "hey lailah can i talk to you?" ethan asked obvious nervous "yeah ofc what's up?" ethan thought the best way to ask her " okay so i've liked you for awhile now so would you be my girlfriend?" ethan asked hoping for the best "WHAT OMG YES!!" lailah said a little bit excited and they did this awkward little hug thing. her brother ended up picking her up around 9 and she couldn't stop talking about how her night went. her brother was so happy to see that her sister was actually happy again.
skip to 3 months of ethan and lailah dating: "ethannn come here" lailah yelled from her living room "yes mi amor" ethan said walking into the living room "i think we should tell everyone were dating" lailah said "if that's what you want then okay" he said taking a seat next to her. "which picture should we post?" lailah asked "THE ONE WHERE WERE WEARING MATCHING PJS " ethan yelled. lailah started laughing.
