Issei arrived in china and started to look around where he was and started walking. He sensed some devil near a small village. He teleported near that village and saw them attacking a boy . Who was 13 years old . He quickly used his original form he was more than 1000 old due to that time dimension but being practically immortal because of phenix blood he was in his teens . He looked around 19 years old and had a perfect 8 abs . He was wearing a red leathers jacket with black cargo pent with chains . He also had two mate marks on each shoulder. He was wearing a white shirt overall he had a bad boy look . He quickly teleported in front of boy and killed all the devils . The boy looked at him with fear .
" Dont worry I'll not harm you " he said with a smile and patted his head " so who are you " the boy had black hairs with blue eyes and he was wearing a mix Japanese and Chinese uniform.
" Im cao cao who are you and who were those people's"
Issei got shocked as he didn't knew he could meet the leader of hero faction here of all places .
" Im issei Lucifer the decendant of original devil king Lucifer and those people over there were rouge devils . Don't worry i maybe a devil but im not like those who will kill a boy. " He said Patting his head to which the boy only nodded .
" Im going cao cao i hope i can see you again someday " he said and was about to leave but a small hand stopped him .

So I don't have anyone" he said to which issei got shocked " ok cao cao I'll take you with me but you can't tell anyone what your about to see " he said to which he nodded . He reverted In his child form and took cao cao's hands and teleported them in a cave .
He then explained to him why he was being targeted and everything else about supernatural world .
" So your saying i have a weapon that can even kill god . " Issei nodded. 
" You must become strong cao cao because if not they will come to hunt you down so tell me boy what is your choice. Want to become stronger or you want to live a normal life "
" I want to become stronger if your saying they will come after me than i have to become stronger. Plz train me ." He said with a bow .

Issei trained cao cao for 2 years and he was now meditating with issei to calm his aura but issei received a call from his family.
" Issei today is your 11th birthday you will get your evil pieces today . Or you can just deny it " Rizevim's voice sounded to which issei got up .
" Alright I'll be there i want my evil pieces i have future plans for it . "
" Where are you going brother." Cao cao asked him . In last two years cao cao started calling him brother and considered him a family. Which issei like didn't mind but he was not sure of someone who would like this .

" So you can turn me into devil like you " . He said to which he nodded.
" Yes i can but you will be half devil half human and you will live upto 10000 years as devils have a large lifespan and you would be considered my servant. "
" Hmm i see so what will you do brother "
" Well its up to you if you want to be a devil or not ." He said with a shrug.

" Very well cao cao now lets go to my families house " . He said creating a magic circle teleporting them to the Lucifer household. Cao cao's jaw dropped when he saw a mansion Infront of him .
" You said a house . " He said with a deadpanned expression seeing a mansion Infront of him.
" Oh right i forgot well you see you are in Lucifer's territory where the first devil king lived but hide that spear as it may cause some problems. And you see it is larger than china . When you will be promoted to high class devil you will be able to get some land in under world from me " he said Patting his head . Then they walked inside after he putted that spear away . When they entered the Mansion cao cao just looked everywhere with stars in his eyes . They entered the living room where they saw the Lucifer family sitting on the couches . They all saw issei and hugged him and when they saw a human they all got confused.
" Issei what is a human boy doing here " . Rizevim said
" Oh he's my first peerage member as you can see . He was sold by his family and then Hunted by devil when i rescued him . " He said to which all the elder just cursed their parents who sell his child to others.
" I -im cao cao im the decendant of original hero cao cao . The ruler of the three kingdom " he said with a bow .
" Well isn't he a good and well mannered boy . You can consider this your home " mrs Rezavan said and hugged the boy .
" so when are we leaving" issei said looking towards his family.
" Well we are waiting for Lucifuge family to come as euclid said it will be good if we went there together. " Rezavan said to which he nodded .
" Hey brother which piece will i be " cao cao said to which vali increased his power.
" Hey he's my big brother not yours " he said hugging the right arm of issei .
" No he's mine" cao cao said hugging his left arm . Issei looked at his family members helplessly to which they all laughed at his demise.

" Boys you should behave yourself or you want him to punish you . " Rezavan said although it was fun but issei had a low temper and everyone in Lucifer household knew this . Both boys looked him and saw he was clearly annoyed by their action .

A white magic circle appeared near them and they saw euclid with lucy .
" Its been a while young master " euclid said with a bow .

" He's my first peerage member. I just need my pieces to recarnate him " he said cao cao was concealing his aura so no one noticed it. Euclid nodded and they arrived at the Beelzebub's laboratory leaving cao cao in the Lucifer state .
When they arrived they saw a assistant which greeted them and showed them the way to the ajuka's room .where he was doing his research . When they opened the room they saw rias accompanied by sirzechs and Sona with serafall . When rias noticed it she quickly went behind sirzechs and started trembling. Issei got confused but sirzechs told him it was nothing as she was just facing a little trauma after that incident .
" So your the one that sirzechs told me about interesting" ajuka said looking at him .
" Im the current devil king Beelzebub my name is ajuka astroth. " He said with a smile to which issei nodded. He knew ajuka was not like other devil kings . So he brought his hand forward for a handshake which ajuka did take which caused sirzechs eye brows to twitch.

It was not a shock for him cuz everyone in the underworld know about him and serafall being a sis-con . The others burst in to laughing while sirzechs and rias got red due to embarrassment.

"Here are your evil pieces channel your energy in it and it will connect to you . " He said giving both of them a set . Which they did and vali got 6 mutations. 1 queen , 4 pawns and 1 bishop. issei on the other hand just stored his pieces in his pocked dimension.
" Well i didn't knew you can create a pocket dimension. Its not everyday we see devils as talented as you . But why you didn't show us your pieces. " Ajuka said to which issei just shrugged his shoulders.
" I will you another day but i have to go now" he said teleporting out .
" Sorry my big brother is not much of a talker . " Vali said as the ajuka just waved his hand saying its not a big deal .
They left and ajuka looked at his fellow devil kings and their sisters with serious looks " well i told you you shouldn't do it but you never listened to me "
" You can't understand because you don't have a sister look at them they are adorable " they both said and ajuka just sighed at their antics .
