Draco's POV

Emily falls asleep on my shoulder. She looks peaceful when she's sleeping. I let her stay there. Nott is staring at her.
"What are you looking at Nott?" I say.
"She looks beautiful," he smiles while looking at her. I feel my blood boil. Maybe it's because she's my best friend and I don't want some dumbass breaking her heart. Because then I'm gonna have to deal with her being broken-hearted.
"You fancy Emily?" I ask him.
"I don't know, maybe," he replies.
Bloody hell.

*TIME SKIP*

Emily's POV

"Wake up."
I feel someone tapping my shoulder and I open my eyes. I look out the window.
"We're here," Draco says.
"Finally," I yawn. I stand up and stretch my legs. I put my robes and my tie on then follow my friends off the train.

We walk into the Great Hall. As I look up, I see the beautiful bewitched ceiling showing off the stars and the beautiful night sky. I sit down at the Slytherin table and watch as first years are sorted into their houses.

After the first years are finished being sorted, Dumbledore gives his annual speech. Finally, the feast begins. I start eating as a piece of hair falls into my face. Theo tucks my hair behind my ear.
"Thank you, Theo," I smile at him.
"You're welcome, love," he smiles back.

"So, Theo, Blaise. What is our first prank gonna be?" I smirk.
"We should set off dungbombs in the corridors!" Theo replies.
"Hell yeah," Blaise grins.

After we finish eating, Professor Dumbledore began to make another speech. Odd. This is different.

"This year Hogwarts will play host to a legendary event: the Triwizard Tournament. During which time a single student gets to represent his or her school in a series of magical contests. Eternal glory awaits the student who wins the tournament," he says.

Of course, you have to be 17 to apply for the tournament.
All of a sudden, the doors to the Great Hall open and girls dressed in blue come fluttering in like butterflies. It was beautiful. They were Beauxbatons Academy. Next, the boys of Durmstrang came marching in. Viktor Krum, the famous Seeker, came strutting in.

"Holy shit! That's Krum!" Theo says excitedly. Theo plays Quidditch for our house. He's very good at it, too. Sadly, because of the tournament, we won't be playing Quidditch this year.

I zoned out for the rest of the introductions, I was ready to get to my dormitory. Finally, we were dismissed.

We head to our dormitories and start to unpack.
"I hope we have classes together Ems!" Pansy says.
"Me too! It'll be boring without my best friendddd!" I reply, smiling.
After we finish unpacking, we're all exhausted. We go to sleep for the night.

*a few hours later*
I toss and turn but I cannot fall asleep. I groan and get outta bed. I start walking downstairs into the common room. When I reach the bottom of the stairs, someone grabs my waist and pulls me into an open doorway. Before I could scream they cover my mouth.
