HE WENT TO THE AFTERLIFE AND MET NAT (love) and LOKI (he was smelly in this fic everybody hated him /hj(no im serious))
also all they ever did was yell, cry and bully peter :sigh:
loki was like mute for a bit and then he magically started talking after getting violently attacked by this monster

SO THEN THEY WERE TRYNA ESCAPE THE FUCKING AFTERLIFE (this was before valhalla was shown and before moon knight came out so dark times for the marvel fandom) DUDE I WROTE THIS FIC BEFORE WANDAVISION CAME OUT. IM NOT IKAY. CRIES

anyway they showed up at avengers tower (WHICH MAKES NO SENSE SINCE IT WAS POST ENDGAME AND THEY MOVED OUT TO TJE COMPOUND DURING FUCKING AGE OF ULTRON BUT OKAY ASPEN THAT TOTALLY MAKES CANONICAL SENSE :DDDD /s)

and tony was like "omg what the fuck OMG PETER HIII <3 HI NAT <3 hi pietrro?? FUCK YOU LOKI"

nat and steve had a cute reunion i think (makes no sense again since steve literally was withering away post endgame and died like a year later but fuck that TM)

also sambucky cameos but not for long bc they're too good for that fic :heart eyes:

then they're like "omg... we're getting followed by something from the afterlife" (psst it's literally a black blob of discarded souls that wants to take theirs to make itself stronger because they've fallen out of line and therefore he's allowed to destroy their soul or whatever :shrug:)

also the dead ppl had wings. LMFAOOOOOO

pietro gets attacked in the toilet (im being serious he's washing his hands and then he literally collapses and whacks his head of a toilet while a currently invisible monster tries to claw his soul from out of his body :sigh:)

i think it was ironstrange too 💀 but it could've been strangefrost i just quite literally have no fcking clue.

THEN THOR AND LOKI REUNITED BC THOR DECIDES TO DRPP

it's this weirdlu long drawn out scene where loki literally follows him thru the tower and strange is like "wtf is wrong w u just talk to him"

loki, probably : "he literally hates me rn"

strange: "what for being dead"

it's a long convo but lokis like "i have died before and i have come back and he has always been very mad but wtv"

and strange is like "it can't be that bad"

and then stands and watches as thor literally nearly causes a citywide thunderstorm HELP

he sees loki and he just fucking like

he literally nearly flies away but strange is like "dude u have issues get back here before u literally rip yourself to shreds u freak"

thors like "fuck you im not mentally ill"

before proceeding to nearlycause a massive storm and loki is like "dude watch it im literally ur brother calm yo ass down. also im sorry i took the tesseract and got our people killed"

thors like "oh cool"
that's exactly how it goes /hj

also loki got attacked a while ago but he didn't really care he was like"fuck you monster" and the monster went "🥺"
and disappeared

wanda was... there? maybe.

also idrk if thorbruce was established yet but i vividly remember they kissed about this point

then peter nearly gets kidnapped by the monster but thor says no and throws his hammer at its head and it goes "OUCHIE UWU" and retreats

then it comes back but thor kills it this time and now it's dead and uwuing in its grave <3

but plot twist

thor fucking died :')

anyway loki cries like a little BITCH

bruce is pissed off at loki (rightly so tho bc it's this weird thing where loki's refusing to cooperate w them when the monster comes back and it leads to thor dying) so they send loki back to the afterlife to go fetch him

they see odin frigga and hela but thor nearly kills odin LMAOOOOO

hela is only there in spirit <3

so they get back and thor is finally like "hey i hate u <333333333" and loki gives an actual good apology and they hug

it's sweet ig but if i was thor one damn apology would not have fixed it

it was not a painless death
he got his arm ripped off, mouth split open, other eye blinded so he couldn't even see anything when he was dying, and he got impaled in the heart
poor guy :')

anyway the main attraction thorbruce have their moment (far better reunion tbh)

also the guardians were there this whole time they just don't do anything useful

rocket was sad ig so he's now a little happier when thor came back
idk it was so convoluted and nothing made sense

there was one kinda cool scene that i liked where peter literally throws the monster at a building , it goes thru a window and it lands at somebody's desk and they pour their boiling coffee on it and get up and leave
