MOHINIS POV —————-—————- "Holy shit. It's only my first day and I'm already tired of school." Mohini says while groaning.
It's 6th period which is lunch so basically I have a free period. I take the time to open my locker because I wasn't taught how to in the morning. I finally opened it and put my coat in there. I closed it and went to lunch. The school was big, bigger than my last school so that's okay. I never really liked talking to people. In my last school I was a complete outcast. Heck, Even the janitors thought I was weird. No one really talked to me and I wasn't bothered because I never cared. I made 2 friends, Louie and Richard. It was hard to leave them because they were my only true best friends. I've learned to accept that people come and go.
I payed for my lunch and sat at a empty table knowing these people don't want me sitting with them. How do I know? I can tell from the looks they are giving me. Out of no where this girl came and sat by me.
"Hi. I'm Astrid." She says putting her hand out for me to shake.
"Um hi! I'm Mohini." I said shaking her hand.
Astrid has brown hair, it was long, it was almost by her waist. She has blue eyes with a little green on the inside, like the ocean. Her skin was tan, it looked like she came back from vacation from Hawaii or something. Her smile..it was wide. I never knew why people liked smiling so much.
"Um well, are you new? I haven't seen you around before." Astrid asked.
'Yeah. Transferred." I said taking a bite out of my chicken sandwich.
"Right. Well it was nice to meet you, I have to catch up with my friends." Astrid said while getting up.
She went to a group of very pretty girls. One had black hair, shoulder length. She was tall, she had a black trop top with light blue jeans which were ripped. The other girl was blonde with light brown highlights. She wasn't as tall as the other girl but she was medium tall. She had a brown shirt with black jeans, she was also wearing a puffer jacket from north face. They were pretty, but they looked like those mean girls in those movies you know? Astrid went over to them and pointed at me. They all started laughing.
"Ugly ass bitches." I said under my breath. They weren't ugly. I just said that because I was mad thinking someone actually wanted to talk to me. I took my phone and put my AirPods in. I went into Spotify and put the song "songs that will bring you back to 2018-2019 gacha." These songs always calmed me.
I took my tray and threw out the food. There were 15 more minutes for lunch so I went into the girls bathroom. While walking there I bumped into a hard chest.
"Watch where your going shitface." The guy said.

"Your good. What's your name?" The guy said.
"Mohini. Yours?"
"Leonard."
"Well Leonard I'm sorry for bumping into you, I was just looking for the restroom."
"No no your all good, sorry for calling you a shithead."
"It's fine really."
"Well I'll see you around princess."
D-d-d-d-d-Did he just call me Princess? Ain't no way I must be dreaming. HE. CALLED. ME. A. PRINCESS? I must be dreaming. Why would a fine guy call me that. I turned around and saw someone run back into the cafeteria. I wonder who that was.
