Part 5

It had been a couple days since Larissa's last encounter with Morticia. 

Larissa was just finishing up her work as she heard a knock on the door.

''Yes, come in!'' She continued to lock up all her drawers.

''Hello darling!'' Larissa looked up at Morticia who had just closed the door behind her.

''Morticia! It's been a while don't you think?'' Larissa began to smile as she moved closer to Morticia.

''I know, and I'm sorry darling! It's just Gomez has been being, well, Gomez, lately. How are you sweetie?'' Morticia also advanced forward to Larissa until they were standing face to face.

''I'm good. I have missed you though!'' Larissa smiled as she gently ran her hand up Morticia's arm.

''Oh, I see someone is becoming more ok with the relationship huh?'' Morticia smiled as she placed her hands upon Larissa's arms.

''Yes, I have realised that everything good happens for a reason, so there is a reason that the universe connected us again, and I want to discover why!'' A smile grew upon Morticia's face.

''I'm glad darling, very!'' Larissa gently lifted Morticia's chin up placing a soft, tender kiss upon Morticia's lips.

Morticia sunk into the kiss, wrapping her arms around Larissa's neck as Larissa placed hers on Morticia's waist. 

''I was just about to head home actually, If you care to join me!'' Larissa broke the kiss to turn back to collecting her things.

''Actually that would be lovely!'' Morticia smiled as she waited for Larissa to lead the way.

Larissa lifted her bag before heading towards the door, Morticia following not far behind. 

Once at Larissa's house, they both headed in, Larissa placing her things at the rack by the door, and Morticia taking in the spectacular house.

''Mind the mess, my hands have been full!''

''Mess? Larissa this house is spotless! There isn't a trace of dirt anywhere! Not even on the white doormat!'' Morticia looked around the house looking for the mess.

''Would you care for a drink?'' Larissa, who was now in kitchen pouring herself a cup of wine, looked back to ask the question.

''Yes please!'' Larissa poured two glasses of her favourite red wine, she gently handed Morticia the glass as they sat on the sofa watching tv for a while indulging in small talk.

''Would you look at the time! I best be going home!'' Morticia said as she set the wine glass on the coaster on the glass coffee table.

''Morticia! It's 2am in the morning! I am not letting you drive home at this time! Goodness knows what could happen to you!'' Larissa stood  just above Morticia, ''I'll tell you what! I don't have a spare room, but you are more than welcome to take my bed! I'll sleep on the sofa!''

Morticia smiled at the kind gesture. ''Larissa don't be silly! I'll sleep on the sofa! This is your house after all!'' Larissa smiled as she picked up the glasses and the empty wine bottle, bringing them into the kitchen.

''Morticia?''

''Yes darling?''

''Why don't we both just sleep in my room? I mean it's fine if you don't want too! It's just a suggestion.'' Morticia smiled at the thought of being wrapped up in Larissa's arms.

''Actually this is a brilliant idea! I'm down!'' Larissa smiled before turning the tv off. She grabbed Morticia's arm and lead her down to her bedroom.

The walls where a light grey topped with grey sating curtains that hung over a stained window. The best part off the room was the bed. The dark grey headboard which was topped off with the most fluffy looking white bedding, which had red pillows dressing it.

''Wow! Larissa you really have an eye for style!''

''Oh thank you!'' Larissa was looking through her wardrobe for some pyjama's for Morticia.

She pulled out these black silk pyjama's and handed them to Morticia.

''There we go! I'll pop into my en-suite to get changed, you can change in here!''

Larissa went into the bathroom to change, Morticia quickly changed before looking around the room taking in every last detail.

''Ok I'm ready! Am I ok to come in?'' 

''Yes, yes of course!''

Larissa walked in, wearing beige silk pyjama's which were identical to the ones Morticia had on only in a different colour.

Larissa began to take all the pillows off the bed onto the floor before throwing the blanket open.

They both climbed in and began to get comfortable. Larissa lay on her back as Morticia lay on her side as she snuggled up close to Larissa's side. Larissa wrapped her arm around Morticia's shoulders. 

''Larissa can I tell you something?'' 

''Of course darling! You can tell me anything!''

''Ok, Well, here I go. Larissa I really enjoy spending time with you, and when ever I'm with you all I can think about is the things I want to do with you and when I'm not with you all I can think about is you! Larissa I don't mind if you don't say it back but, Larissa Weems, I think I love you, no scratch that I don't think I love you, I know I love you!''

Larissa let out a small smile before replying,

''I love you too Morticia!''

Morticia let out a smile which was not visible due to the darkness around them,

''But Morticia, Your married, to Gomez! And you have two adorable children with him, and I can't help but feel like I'm drawing a wedge between you and your family!''

Morticia's smile slowly began to fade at the mention of Gomez,

''Larissa, Gomez has always said he wants me to be happy, and you are what makes me happy. So if he truly cares for me like he said he did, he will be fine because you are what makes me happy. And if he doesn't like it, I'm sorry but it's still happening! I lost you once before L, I'm not letting go this time! This means to much to me!'' 

Larissa smiled before pressing a kiss upon Morticia's forehead.

''Ok, as long as you keep in the loop of what's happening!''

Larissa and Morticia let out a small chuckle.

''Of course I will L!''

Larissa smiled before speaking again,

''Goodnight M, I love you'' 

And with that Morticia fell asleep in Larissa's arms.
