~Miraculous Ladybug Reveal One Shots~

What if that eye thing didn't go away and Adrien and Mariette had no choice.

"I" Adrien began.

"I" Marinette stated.

"Have to tell you something." They said in union.

They both knew it wasn't smart but they had no choice.

"You go first." Adrien offered. It probably wasn't as important as what he had to tell her but that didn't matter.

"No you go." Marinette stammered. She'd hoped maybe he had a plan and she didn't actually have to tell him this.

"At the same time maybe?" Adrien sheepishly offered.

"I'm Ladybug." Marinette said, her eyes pointing down at the ground.

"I'm Chat Noir." Adrien stated at the same time looking at her.

His eyes widened as hers looked up at him.

"You're..." Marinette whispered in disbelief.

"And you're..." Adrien stated, his eyes looking at her fondly.

Marinette turned around, not sure if she was able to put her game face on while looking at him.

"We need to get out of here." She stated.

"The eye thing is gone we can...transform?" He said it more like a question.

Marinette glanced at the wall and saw the eyes had disappeared. She sighed and turned around.

Adrien saw how distraught she was. He put his hands on her shoulders as a way of comforting her.

"Marinette, everything will be okay. We can fix this, together.

He took a step back. "Plagg, claws out."

Marinette gasped as Adrien transformed into Chat Noir. She knew she had to do the same. She had to focus on the mission.

"Tikki, spots on." She whispered.

Chat's eyes couldn't help but widen as Marinette transformed into Ladybug, into his Lady.

"Let's go Adrien! I mean, Chadrien, I-I mean Chat Noir! Who is Adrien which is you. Ahahaha." Ladybug awkwardly laughed, swaying her arms around.

Chat couldn't help but giggle and look at the sight in front of him. How hadn't he noticed before?

"You're adorable, Marinette." He told her as he tried to open the door with his superhero strength.

"Adrien called me adorable." Ladybug sighed to herself.

Chat chuckled at that, he managed to open the door and started running into the hall.

"Come on Marinette! Get your act together." She sighed to herself as she started following Chat.

*I'm going to be very lazy and skip the fight scene cause it's not my specialty but it's basically just the same as in Optigami.*

As Ladybug cleansed the butterfly, she swooped down to meet Chat Noir.

They both knew they had to talk. Chat started walking towards the dressing rooms he had been at to get ready for the event.

Ladybug followed. When they were in the dressing room, Chat locked the door. It made Ladybug nervous but she knew he was only doing it so no one could walk in on them.

"Claws in." Adrien said. Plagg came out of the ring, waiting for cheese but not saying a word. When he received what he wanted he silently sat down on the table covering the wall of the dressing room.

"Spots off." Marinette said. Afterwards, Tikki did exactly the same as Plagg.

Marinette could feel Adrien's gaze upon her and took a deep breath before looking up.

"Marinette, I-" Adrien started, but was interrupted.

"I'm sorry Adrien, I know you probably expected someone else. Some who is always brave and quick on her feet, someone who isn't clumsy and doesn't stammer or act weird." She rambled, looking down at the ground once again.

She knew damn well he fell in love with Ladybug for a reason. Ladybug seemed perfect, but she wasn't, Marinette wasn't. And he knew that now.

Adrien stepped closer, putting his hands on her shoulders once again.
"Marinette." He sternly said, making her look up.

"What I was trying to say is that, I'm glad it is you. I wouldn't want Ladybug to be anyone but you."

"What?!" Marinette said not really understanding why.

"Adrien removed one hand from her shoulder to rub the back of his neck. "Well..I...uhm... Truth is, I've liked you for a while now. You as in Marinette. I just haven't been admitting it to myself because I was to busy loving Ladybug, which also is you."

At that, Marinette started laughing. "I-haha have been- ahaha- rejecting Chat because I loved you all this time and you were doing the same." Her giggled died down as she realized what she had said and she started to blush.

"You? Love me?" Adrien asked her perplexed.

Marinette smirked, her confidence returning to her. "Yes, I love you, you stupid alley cat."

Marinette was a little surprised when she felt two arms wrapping around her waist as Adrien pulled her in for a hug. But she happily returned it, wrapping her arms around his neck as she rested her head on his chest.

And they had never been more thankful about having been stuck on an elevator than now.
