Okay the hotel was got. Then the two went and looked for a house. They ended up finding one (what luck) that they both like. It's in a safe neighborhood and it was closer to their freinds. All of the work was done and the house was in your's and Leon's name. The house was mostly unpacked right about now.
"Leon I think we should get the nursery set up" you state.
"I'll get that in a moment" Leon replies. You nod your head before walking into the nursery. You look at the boxes of unbuilt furniture. You look back at the door to see if Leon was anywhere near. So you go and shut the door. You turn back around and opened the box for the crib. You very sneakily pulled everything out and started looking at the directions. You were sitting on the floor as you started putting the crib together. But you were to focused on the crib that you didn't even notice the door opening.
"What are you doing?" A booming voice asks from the doorway. You flinch at the loud noise and slowly turn around. There stands Chris in the doorway with his arms crossed.
"Putting the crib together" you sheepishly answer holding two peices of the crib in your hands.
"No you're not" Chris says walking over to you and grabs the peices from your hands.
"You guys are treating me like I'm a child" you sigh
"We just don't want you to stressing yourself to hard" he replies.
"Can you at least help me out of the floor?" You ask holding out your hand.
"That I can do" Chris says grabbing your hand and hoists you out of the floor. He sends you out if the nursery and you go to the kitchen. Once you make it in there you feel some pain in the lower part of your abdomen.
"Shit" you say going over to the counter. You rest your elbows on the counter and bend over tring to ease the pain. You take a deep breath as the pain subsides.
"Y/n are you okay?" Claire asks.
"Oh yeah it was just a contraction" you explain.
"Contraction?" Claire asks concerned. You shush her.
"I don't want Leon to know, he's been so stressed about everything I don't want to worry him more" you explain. "But it's okay because I found a little exercise to do" you state "they aren't constant and I've done this before at much more higher stakes" you say
"You've done this before?" Claire aks
"Oh you didn't know?" You asks and she nods her head. You explain what happened stopping occasionally to do your little contraction exercise. Once you finish Claire looks at you shocked.
"Y/n I'm sorry you had to go through that" she says placing a hand in your shoulder.
"It's okay, I'm here and that's what matters the most right now" you reply. "I'm gonna go see what Leon's doing" you state and Claire nods her head. You walk into the room that Leon was unpacking. "How's everything going?" You ask looking around the room.
"It's doing good" Leon answers.
"Chris kicked me out if the nursery" you state.
"Why?" Leon asks opening a box.
"Because I had started building the crib" you answer.
"Well you're not supposed to be doing stuff like that" he replies grabbing some stuff out of the box.
"I know but I feel the urge to be doing stuff" you respond.
"Do I need ro call Ashley?" Leon asks pulling out his phone.
"No you don't need to call Ashley" you respond. Before you could say anything else he started calling her. "Look I don't to be sternly talked to" you state. Leon hands you the phone up to your ear. You grab it and Ashley instantly just started yelling at you. You couldn't even get a word in before she hung up. "Leon" you say handing the phone back to him. Leon just looks at you with a shit eating grin. "You are an asshole" you state with a little smile while turning around through leave the room.
"But I'm your asshole" he jokes. You chuckle before leaving. Once you leave the room you lean up against the wall and have another contraction.
"Shit they're getting closer together" you mumble to yourself.
"What is?" Chris asks. You look to your side and Chris is standing next to you.
"Oh hey I didn't see you there" you say ignoring what he asked.
"Y/n what is getting closer together?" Chris asks with a stern voice.
"Don't tell Leon but" you say before looking around "I'm having contractions" you continue.
"I think that's something he needs to know" Chris states.
"No it's okay, I've been having them all day it's even my water breaks is effective we have to worry" you explain. "All of this stuff has stressed Leon out quite a bit, and I don't need him worrying about nothing" you look at Chris at he nods his head.
"Gotcha" he says before walking off. You go to sit in the living room. You sit there for a while before Leon walks in. He comes abs sits directly next to you in the couch. He wraps an arm around your shoulders. You rest your head on his shoulder and sigh.
"So" Leon says getting your attention. "When where you going to tell me you were having contractions?" He asks. The question caught you off gaurd.
"I was just gonna wait just a little bit longer-" you answer but Leon Cut you off.
"You were gonna wait till your water broke to tell me right?" He asks a little irritated. You slowly nod your head. Leon sighs before standing up. "Is that why you wanted the nursery done?" He asks. You nod your head again. "You could've told me, we've done this before" he says as you stand up.
"You've just been so worried about stuff that I didn't want to make you worry anymore" you respond as Leon stops in his tracks. He stands there for a moment not doing anything. "Leon?" You ask walking around him to look at his face.
"I'm sorry" he says looking at you. "Please don't worry about me, I'll be okay" he contenues. Before you can say anything he walks to the nursery. You follow and look into the nursery and Chris had most of the furniture built already.
"Damn Chris that was quick" you state.
"Yeah it needed to be done" Chris responds "Now go, me and Leon are talking" he says shooing you away. One again you go to the kitchen, this time to fix yourself a drink. As you are sipping on the drink a contraction hits, this one hurts more than any other one.
"Oh shit" you say holding onto the counter that you where standing next to. As the contraction happens your water ends up breaking and gets on the floor. "Okay then" you say going to get a towel. You clean up the mess and go change your pants before a contraction hits mid pulling up pants. "Fuck" you mumble to yourself. One it subsides you pull your pants up and go to the nursery. You open
The door and the room was mostly put together.
"Wow it looks great in here" you say.
"Yep" Chris replies proudly. You have another contraction but you just lean against the door frame trying not to alert either of them.
"You okay Y/n?" Leon asks walking over to you. You nod your head. The contraction subsides and you take a deep breath.
"My water broke" you state.
"What?" He asks grabbing your hands.
"My water broke" you answer calmly.
"Oh shit we've got to get you to the hospital" Leon says frantically.
"Hey no rush" you say but then a contraction hits and you squeeze Leon's hands while standing there.
"Are you okay?" He asks concerned. You nod your head as the contraction subsides.
"I thought you said you could handle it because we've done this before?" You ask sounding a little smug.
"Oh wait your having the baby?" Chris asks. You look at him and nod your head. Leon was frozen in place feeling mixed emotions. "Go man, me and Claire can Finnish this up" Chris says patting Leon on his back snapping him out of the little trance he was in. Leon the ushers you out of the house and into his car. He starts to drive to the hospital. Once he gets there he helps you out of the car and into the hospital.
