Anwar's birthday ended on a terrible note, and I don't think anyone has been the same after it. But, Michelle was dealing with the worst of it. She had been on the phone with him when it occurred, while he was spewing to her about how he loved her and was sorry for everything. But, Michelle was dealing with it in a different way, she was pushing through it as if it never happened, she wouldn't talk about it with anyone.
We were at the bar, where everyone else was supposed to be showing up soon, "Oh, my god!" Michelle squealed, "Okay, watch this," She pointed at a group of lads, "Watch this you bunch of pussy... Fuck, okay!" She giggled more, "One, two, three, go!" She started to take shots, "Oh, my god!" She laughed out after tossing the shot glass down.
I sighed, looking down at my phone, sending a text out, "When the hell are you getting here, Chelle is a mess."
But, of course, Jal did not answer. So I put my phone back into my pocket and looked back up to see that Michelle had managed to wander off. I leaned my head backward, letting out the longest sigh I could manage. It felt like ages before anyone else showed up. And once they did, they came barreling towards me, "Izzy, my lass, how are you!" Chris flung an arm around me, "Have you started drinking yet?"
I shook my head, "Chelle's been drinking the bar out of everything, I'm sure."
"Well, she does know how to party, yeah?"
I shrugged my shoulders, then let them fall into a slump, not really feeling anything at the moment, then I watched as Michelle wandered out the club, this concerned me more than usual, considering how fucked up she was, who knows where she would end up, "Hang on," I got up out of my seat and walked out to the front, Michelle was greeting Sid, who seemed a little out of it. "Jesus, what are you on?" I questioned him, noticing his pupils were wider than usual.
"Cass sent me a tab," He mentioned, Michelle looked over her own shoulder at me, seeming annoyed I had appeared, seemingly out of no where.
But, she turned back to look at Sid, "Cass misses you, right?" She said to him, there was an awkward silence, the bass from the music inside the club boomed behind us. "I don't know what I'm supposed to do... I go to see him, I went to see him," She struggled to talk about Tony.
Sid nodded, "Well, I suppose you deserve some fun..." Sid told her.
I huffed, "Those guys only like her tits," I mentioned, feeling annoyed that she was more open to throwing herself onto anyone who looked her way lately, it wasn't like her.
"Oh, sweet, you're avoiding me," Sid murmured out.
Michelle then crossed her arms in a moment of sadness, "You make me think about him."
"You're not the only one, Chelle," Sid suddenly snapped, losing his once quiet demeanor, "I was there every day trying to get him to say something, and everybody really, really fucked up. And I'm just trying to- to... And nobody comes but me, cause it's so terrible... You should have fucking helped me!"
Part of me was glad that Sid put Chelle in her place, she needed to hear someone other than me tell her that she was fucking up, "Alright!" Michelle almost shouted at Sid, "When it happened, before the bus, he was on the phone and he said something, I don't think he remembers, but he said-"
That's when Tony came up behind her, my eyes widened, "Chelle," I said to her.
"Fuck's sake, Iz, I'm trying to tell Sid something!" Then she turned to look at me, she jumped a little at the sight of Tony, "Oh, Jesus! Tony?"
I knew there was no way in hell Tony should be out here, "Hello," He greeted us, a smile on his face.
"Wait, I'll go back with you," Sid said to Tony.
