New Years [EXTRA.]

A/N: Alright so, this a bit new, ain't it? Basically, what these "extras" are, is simple little stories that either go with an up coming holiday, or just some silly scenario, these are NOT canon with the storyline, meaning, all that happens in this will not be referred to in the future, OR will they have taken place in the actual story. (Or, in a super special case, it would just be talking about y/n childhood). Well, with all that out of the way, please, enjoy :D

'Yeesh.... The year is already coming to a close, isn't it?', I thought to myself.

They should be celebrating New Years soon... Do I really want to call him right now? I-

AH! The sudden vibration and noise scared me. I quickly pulled out my phone from my back pocket to see what was happening. Oh! It's Papyrus... 

"Hello, papy?..." My tone seemed almost concerned... He never calls me during the day, it's usually his brother..

"Ah yes!! It is the amazing Human Y/n!!!! Sans was going to make this call but, he... just ran into his room? I don't really know... BUT! Would you like to entertain the idea of coming over to our home for New Years. The King & Queen will be here, so will undyne, alphys, frisk, and mettaton!... And mettaton is rather eager for your arrival! That uh, is... if you want to come over?!" Papyrus seemed to be in his normal happy mood, so... how could I NOT come over??!?! Besides.. I was totally planning on it.

"Oh, of course pap! Is there a certain time you want me over?" I felt a smile creep onto my face as I continue planning for today.

"Uhm..." I could hear papyrus' glove fabric cover the phone... it sounded rather weird. A muffled voice kept on talking to someone, someone I couldn't hear. Suddenly, the weird noises stopped, "Right now?... heh-" Judging by his awkward voice, there's definitely something going on...

 "Oh- Alright! I'll drive over there in a few, oh wait- Just to double check, the address is XXXXXXXXX, XXX, XXX [XXX] , right?" I asked, I didn't really want to pull up to the wrong house... that's so embarrassing, I'd probably die-

"Oh wowie!!! You remembered the address???" exclaimed papyrus. I mean- I have been over there a few times with Toriel and Frisk... plus, we do have a movie night over there every month of so- 

"Well, yeah? I'm over there so frequently... It'd be a little weird if I didn't know it by now?" I didn't realize it, but that came off rather... sassy.

"O-Oh right!!... Well, I shall let you go and get your things ready!!! Goodbye, and see you soon, y/n!" Papyrus didn't even let me say anything before he hung up. 

H-Huh?... It sounds like he is totally planning something... or...

Mettaton... ugh, how did I forget about him before... He's been approaching me about this stupid movie offer. He keeps on saying my face would be so "perfect" in the movie. But it's obviously just a gimmick to get more humans on his show. He's going to do something there, I feel it... in my bones.
