3rd Person Pov.

|the next day|

At exactly 7.00 a.m, Ego was on screen and woke up everybody with a big hello.

Everyone jolted out of their futons in confusion. Ego told everyone to get up because he wants to say something.

|a few minutes later|

"What do you want with us now.." Igaguri whined as he walked into the room.

"Shut your whining. Anyways, for your first selection, all of you in wing-5.. will have a round robin tournament for all five teams. After the final match, the top two teams will clear the final selection."  Ego explained, holding up two fingers to the screen.

"It's a survival match." Ego said with one of his creepy stares, showing the scores on the screen.

Chigiri asked "Huh? So all eleven of us in Team-Z count as a team..? Even though we're all forwards?" .

Continued by Asahi suggesting Iemon to be their goalie followed by Iemom politely asking Asahi to knock it off and saying he'll do it if he has to.

Then the rest of them argued about what positions they are going to play in. Miyano is just praying that he won't be grouped with those people. He would rather be with Bachira or Chigiri. Mostly Bachira.

Miyano doesn't really like Ego's speeches so he just looked around to distract himself. Until he heard 'rebuild it from zero in your heads' by Ego.

After that, he started listening to what Ego has to say. Ego.. such a weird name to be honest.

"What Japan needs most to win the World Cup isn't a group of eleven players.. it's for just one person to be a hero.." Ego said, filling them with suspense with what he has to say next.

"DO YOU HAVE THE COURAGE TO DREAM OF WINNING THE WORLD CUP?!?"

"ARE YOU READY FOR BATTLE?!?"

"ALL OF IT IS IN BLUE LOCK!!"

Ego shouted with joy, smiling widely, raising his arms backwards, staring right into their souls.

What the hell is wrong with this guy..?

Oh hell yea I'm ready.

Miyano thought to himself as he smirked widely. Bachira took a glance at Miyano and smiled widely at his reaction to Ego's words.

Ego ended his speech with a thank you and closed his camera. Everyone on Team Z(including Miyano) huddled up and suggesting ideas about their positions for their next match.
