Part 5

After I finished admiring the calm river, I saw that kitty was already starting to get into her bikini so I decided to change to. When I got changed I looked over to kitty to see what she was up to, she looked so pretty. She was wearing a rose pink bikini- it suited her so well. Also, I noticed she had taken out her ponytail which let her pale pink/white hair loosely sit against her back.I'm pretty sure she noticed that I was kinda staring at her.

" You like the view ;) " she said in a jokingly way

I blushed and hid my face as she said that.

" Well obviously " I said as a joke, trying to cover up the fact that I was indeed staring at her.

Luckily, she didn't notice ( I think ) and we moved on to talking about something else. Anyway, kitty really wanted to go swimming already but I refused. I did want to go later but not right at that point. So- she had the great idea to push me into the water.

" KITTYYY " I shouted while trying to open my eyes

" Opps- " she said right before she jumped in.

To be honest, I wasn't complaining. I mean the water was actually quite refreshing since I had just been sitting in the hot sun for ages. I started swimming on my back so that I could look up at the translucent sky. It was so calming- until kitty started splashing water all around me. That kinda turned into a splash fight. She was complaining about her hair getting wet the whole time.

" OMG STOOOP- my hair is getting wet >:(" she screamed

" Finee - even though you started it " I said while splashing her for the one last time.

I swam for a few minutes afterwards and then got out to dry off. I sat on a small patch of grass near the big body of water while unknowingly staring at a dragonfly. Goosebumps appeared on my arms as I felt someone sit down next to me, it was kitty. She laid her head on my cold shoulder and moved up closer to me.

" You know what, I'm glad I met you y/n " she said

I smiled as she said that

" I'm glad I met you too kitty " I lovingly said back to her

We sat there like that for a while just talking about random things in life, it was sweet. I never really had opened up to someone that quickly in my life, but I think that was a sign of the universe telling me something. I was pretty sure that I really liked that girl, in a romantic way. Maybe she also feels the same. I didn't really want to think about that stuff though, I just wanted to enjoy the moments that we were having.

A few hours later, the sun started to go down which sadly was an indication that we had to start going. We did take extra long packing up and walking through the forest just so that we could spend as much time together as possible. When we got to the opening of the woods, kitty pulled me into a tight hug. Her skin was so soft. Eventually, we let go. We said our goodbyes and parted our ways.

This will definitely be a memory that I will never forget.
