Angie tries to shrug off the text as she gets ready for school. Something doesn't feel right, they were so perfect for each other.
Angies POV:
Why would Kayden do this so suddenly? We had such a great day yesterday. If Chloe hadn't ruined it it would've been perfect. I'm going to text him. No, just let me get ready for school and I will talk about it with him in person.
At School/Second period:
I walk into school angry. but also heartbroken. As i walk to my second period class i collect myself for what I assumed would be a difficult conversation. the first couple minutes are silent but eventually I speak.
Angie: I know your girlfriend probably doesn't want me to talk to you but i don't want our relationship to change.
Kayden: What are you talking about?
Angie: yknow, you and chloe?
Kayden: babe, I'm sorry I ran to her but there is nothing between us. it's you and me. no one else.
Angie: uhhh, what about the text you sent this morning?
Kayden: what text?
As I show him the text message shock runs through his body
Kayden: how did you get chloe's number?
Angie: what???
Nah, I'm going to kill her.
Kayden: Chloe is messed up for that, I would never want to
