Sapnap or nick started to eat less and less
untill his friends started to catch on.

(I can't remember spapnaps real age so I'ma make him 22)

I started streaming the stream I had planned out today.

Basically the plan was too test out new mobs with a couple of my friends but a couple turned out to be most of them.

I joined a discord call with geroge,dream,Tommy,Wilbur,Niki,quakity,
Karl,tubbo,eret,Hannah,bad and skeppy.

I didn't want them to find out I haven't been eating..
It has not been easy to hide from dream and George since we all live together.  (They live together for this)

I was really tired.. I should tell my friends bc their basically my family! But I can bring myself to do it.

I pressed the 'start' button and we all started to talk to each other and testing out the mod.

Because I was streaming donations started popping up but one cut my eye.

A donation popped up saying 'Alice_not_found_ donated $5
Why are you skinny? I don't think it's healthy'

I frowned but smiled at the end at least there are some people who worry.

Another one popped up..

' Gaston donated $1
Who are you kidding? Your so far and ugly why do people even watch you' I frowned and could feel tears prickling my eyes.

The whole chat started hanging on that person but some people were even with them.. 

Narrator POV

"Nick you ok?" Dream asked. He was concerned for his best friend.. dream had started to realize how much more tired Sapnap got and how everytime they would eat he would go to his room 

"I- yes I'm fine" sapnap said looking down. Dream just wanted to go into his room and hug him because he wanted to show sapnap how much he loved him. (Platonic you fuckers)

Everyone in the stream and on discord also started to realize how much sapnap changed

"Big S you ok? " Tommy asked for once he wasn't screaming

"Yea Tommy I'm fine" sapnap said as he smiled. Tommy was a good kid well behind the cursing and yelling.

"If you don't tell me what's wrong I'm coming to your room"  dream said

Sapnaps eyes winded as so many thoughts races through his head..

Their gonna find out...

I can't let them find out..

Why didn't I just tell them sooner!?

Sapnap quickly ended his stream and left the call as he heard footsteps coming towards his room.   (I asked my friend how old sapnap is and she said 20 sooo he's 20 now :) and dreams 22 while geroge is 23 ) (theese probably aren't the real ages but whatever)

Sapnap got up with a start that made him dizzy that he had to sit back down for a moment.

When the realization that geroge and dream we're coming to his room sapnap immediately got up and locked his door. 

"Nick? Can you open the door please" dream asked. He tried to make his voice as soft as possibly for his friend.

"I- I'm fine clay, I just need to be alone for a lil bit" sapnap said as he sat against the door frame

"We're worried please open the door" George said.

(Idk if eating can cause low iron but I'm this story it does so yea)

Sapnap considered if he should open the door or not..

Should I?..

No.

But their worries..

Are they really worried are are you just stupid?

I'm opening the door

Fine but when they hate you even more don't go crying.

Sapnap went to get up but his vision was blurry and soon back dots started to cloud his vision

"I.. I'm really dizzy" sapnap said before he passed out and lanes with a 'THUMP' which made dream and George panic

"George go get the extra key!" Dream yelled. He could feel tears coming as many bad possibly filled his head of what could happen to his best friend.. 

George came running back with the key and they quickly opened the door.

"What do we do?!" George asked clearly panicking at seeing his best friend passed out on the floor. 

"I-... Maybe it was from low iron? If he doesn't wake up in 3 hours were taking him to the hospital" dream said.

"Ok.. I'll go get a cold rag for his head" George said when he felt spapnaps temperature Wich was buring hot.

(Whenever I have a fever my mum will put a wet rag on my forehead so that's why I put that in) 

"I'll bring him to the living room" dream announced as he picked up his friend who was very light..
