▭▬ 𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐂𝐒 SERENE Labels is EXTREMELY easy to get into, but the chances of one of the individual companies picking you and wanting you to debut are slim, they all carefully look for a specific image as they have all their groups and everything planned years before they debut. ▬▭▬▭▬▭▬▭▬▭▬▭▬▭▬ SERENE Labels trainees are first accepted by SERENE Labels scouts themselves, they train without being under a specific sub-label, some trainees will be entered into a program called SERENE Neos. the program includes everything being an idol has, it also is accompanied by their very own show where they perform and get judged by the trainers and staff of serene labels, it's also where they end up getting picked by a certain company. ( the script will be heavily based off of discord roleplays )

▭▬ 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐄 𝐍𝐄𝐎𝐒 SERENE Neos is a pre-debut rotational group under SERENE Labels, the trainees in the group currently are not yet signed with any subsidary of SERENE Labels, this group is used to help promote trainees until they get recruited by a subsidary of SERENE Labels. ▬▭▬▭▬▭▬▭▬▭▬▭▬▭▬ The group has a reality show that is set up like a survival show, they compete and get judged by scouters from each subsidiary, from there they decide which company the trainees should go to, or if they need more time practicing.
