It has been a couple days since the children of the jungle have arrived. You haven't gotten the chance to properly meet them yet since you have been entranced in your own thoughts.

You exit your marui making your way to the rock you usually sit on to think, admire the beauty of the ocean, and watch the sunset. While making your way to your spot you see familiar faces, your bestfriend Tsireya and your brother Rotxo swimming with the jungle children.

They haven't seemed to notice you so you walk to where you were previously headed to clear your mind. Watching the ocean, ingulfed in your thoughts you have yet to notice the oldest of the jungle children staring at you.

This doesn't go unnoticed by your brother though. "That is my sister (y/n) if you were wondering." Rotxo speaks up snapping the darker blue boy back to reality.

"Do you guys want to meet her?" your brother asks. Tuk exclaims yes while the other siblings just nod.

Quietly they swim up to the rock you are sitting on, eyes closed only focused on the sounds of the ocean. Suddenly a head pops from underwater.

"BOO" your brother yells scaring the absolute shit out of you. "WTF ROTXO, WHAT HAVE I TOLD YOU ABOUT SNEAKING UP ON ME WHILE IM DEEP IN THOUGHT."

you slap your brothers arm after he climbs next to you on the rock. "Sorry sister, but they were curious about you."

After that statement I look down to see who he was talking about & to my surprise all 4 of the jungle children were staring at me. My cheeks grow hot as I realized they had witnessed my outburst toward my brother.

"Hello.." I say shyly while waving at the four. "Sorry I couldn't meet you guys sooner I have been busy as Rotxo should know." I shot him a quick glare before returning to face the others.

My eyes make their way around the 4 siblings taking in their appearance. Their darker blue skin was so beautiful, and their golden eyes fit them perfectly. You caught yourself staring at the oldest of the 4 siblings before coming back to my senses asking for their names.

After a while of talking to the siblings I remember my plans to come back and listen to the water after dinner. I quickly dismiss myself by telling everyone it is almost time for dinner and return to the village.

"Aww she was so fun to talk toooo." Tuk whines as her and her siblings also return to the village shortly after you have left.

After dinner Neteyam can't get you out of his head. It was almost as if you put a spell on him. He thought this was strange especially with him just meeting you. With all the thoughts bouncing around in his head he decided to take a walk.

During this walk he felt relaxed. Well until he saw you with your feet in the water deep in thought.

Though you could sense him you decided to ignore him and continue listening to the ocean. "Hey" he spoke softly. You look up at Neteyam with a warm smile and pat the sand next to you motioning him to come sit. "Sorry to intrude on you and your thoughts." the boy says, but you don't really mind his presence.

"It's fine, I was just listening to the ocean if you would like to join me." you say smiling at the boy. Neteyam felt his face heat up everytime you smiled at him. He thought you were the most beautiful girl he has ever laid his eyes on. "sure i'd love to join you." The two of you sit in silence enjoying the beautiful sound of the ocean.

*a few weeks later*

Since the night you and Neteyam listened to the ocean together it became a regular routine for you two to meet up after dinner and admire the ocean. Overtime you and the jungle boy have grown close.

"So.. how are you liking the ocean nete?" you ask the boy. He looks at you and shrugs. "Well I made you something from the ocean."

Neteyam's ears perk up when he hears this, looking at you with eyes filled with curiousity. You pull out a bracelet covered with small seashells you have been collecting.

"It is a bracelet of seashells from my collection." you inform him as you look away in embarrassment. Quickly you place the bracelet around his wrist and he begins to examine it. "Thank you (y/n)" He flashes you a toothy grin before looking back down at the bracelet you have just gifted him.

The two of you sit in comfortable silence as you admire how the ocean looks in the beauty of the night. You lean on Nete's chest looking up at him taking in all his features. He looks down at you into your eyes. It felt like everything was moving in slow motion. Neteyam slowly leaned in and kissed you.

Without second thought you kissed him back. The kiss was passionate yet short. As he pulled away you whine not wanting to stop. Neteyam thought this was really cute as you looked at him, your eyes telling him you wanted more.

"It's getting late we should head back." the jungle boy suggests. You agree not wanting your brother or his friends to catch you hanging out with a boy after dinner. The both of you walk hand in hand back to the village.

Before you split ways you tug on the taller na'vi so he can look down at you. Quickly you give him a peck on the lips before you whisper goodnight. You make your way to your marui with your head filled with thoughts of you and Nete's first kiss.
