I pull into the beach parking lot and shut of the engine 

rowan is already bolting to the beach like a little kid with his sand castle bucket

ana mallory and willow make there way to the beach and i look over to the cup holder looking for my water bottle but instead there is a small charm bracelet the charm on it is a W and there is also a little dahlia flower I have seen willow wearing it the night that we kissed 

I slide the bracelet over my hand and onto my wrist,good thing its stretchy 

I get out and walk over to the beach, I feel the sand on my feet and god its fucking hot

I slide my sandals on and continue to walk

when I find the group I take a seat next to willow  on the towl

we talk for a bit about Random stuff 

"come on willow me and mallory are going to the water"ana says as she takes willows hand and brings her to the water

"god your obsession with her is getting creepy"rowan says from beside me

I look over at him and shake my head

"what about u and ana"I say with a questioning look his eyes just about come out of his head

"dont say a word"he says trying to give me a death glare witch he fails miserably at

"lips sealed"I say 

I stand up and take my shirt of ready to go in the water as I walk down into the water I can see willow checking me out and I cant help but smile at the fact that she might actually have a thing for me.i make my way over to the girls with rowan not far behind me when we get to were the girls stop I  laugh at the reality that willow was to short to go any further where the water makes its way to almost my upper stomach and willow is just about drowning.

I turn my back to willow and crouch down a bit

"piggy back?"I say with a smile 

she shakes her head with a giggle "yes please"she says

she hops on my back and we make are way further out

I duck under the water and come back up and hear willow squel and I let out a laugh                         "why would you do that its freezing"she say clinging to my body Evan more 

maybe I should do it again 

"dont Evan think about it"she says in a warning tone and I just laugh 

we get back to the surface and walk to the towls that we had from earlier I sit on the ground next to willow and drape a towl over her shoulder, and in response she leans her head on my shoulder.

"you guys are so cute I think I'm going to vomet"ana says making a puking sound

I look over at willow and say a quick sorry before I flip ana off knowing that willow would not be to happy

we sit there and talk for a bit 

soon a group of guys and two girls approach us

"hey man you want to play a game of volleyball"he asks, he has this bro dude vibe that I don't know if I like yet he was fairly tall with blonde hair and brown eyes.

"of course dude,I love volly ball,by the way the names rowan"rowan says jumping out of his seat and doing a bro shake with the dude.

"Tyler and that's Jake"he says pointing to a guy with light brown hair and brown eyes

"that's max"Tyler points to a tall African American boy that is about the height of me

and those two are  Emily and Kat" he says pointing towards two girls one of them has blonde with lots of makeup caked on her face its actually very unattractive

she gets up and makes her way over to me, would it be bad to run?

"well who are you handsome"she says trailing her crusty hand up my arm,im going to puke  

"lets go play vollyball"I say getting up and ignoring her 

I look to willow and hold out my hand to help her up I pull her up but don't let go of her and instead I interlace our fingers as we make are way to the volleyball net

I hear Emma?or Elisabeth?what ever her name was scoff saying something along the lines of "slut"

I clench my fist who the fuck dose she think she is?

"Theo what's wrong?"willow asks looking at me with concern in here eyes 

"nothing princess,why"I say 

"you holding my hand a little tight"she says. and I realize what I was doing,shit say letting go of my tight grip

"shit,sorry darling I didn't know I was doing that"I say and I bring our hand up and give it a kiss

she's a blushing mess. and looks the other way to hide it from me and I can't help the smile that makes its way up my face.

we get to the folly ball net and now all we have to do is decide we choose the first team and it is rowan,tyler,jake,kat and now to decide are teams Landon is not playing he's not In to sports besides football, and mallory is reading

so its me,willow,kat,ana ok all girls nice

we get on are sides and I hear an annoying voice speak

"what about me i want to be on the same team as handsome over there"she says pointing at me, ew.

"o well I dont have to play you can take my spot if you want"willow says stepping forwards 

what a sweetheart 

"ok thanks"Emily says not paying attention to willow at all

"hey Mally can you fill for me"I say hoping she will

she looks over at Emily then to willow who is at the side

"I would love to"she says with a wink, thank you mallory 

I go over to willow and if on instinct I lace her fingers with mine

"do you like ice cream?"I ask rubbing my thumb up and down her hand

"is that Evan a question?"she says looking at me with the brightest smile I have ever seen

I just laugh,i used to come to this beach all the time when I was younger loved it.it was like a safe spot to be it was like my second home the ice cream shop was they best place to be when I was angry or sad, so that's were in taking willow, to show her we're I grew up.
