level 1 - the mess up 0.1

It's a normal rainy cloudy day at school. You know? Doing the normal stuff. Probably doing maths or reading, or maybe the usual.... Like running away to another dimension on accident not knowing what to do...!
Athina Barros, grade 11. She is the normal school outcast, only has one friend, normal grades, she's just there.
Francis is quite the opposite, she's more popular, has tons of friends, she's smart and pretty.
People would think they wouldn't be close. But to say, they are the bestest of friends.
After school, they go to work, they work at the thrift shop that Athina's parents used to own before they passed away when she was younger. The thrift store also had a pawn shop, if anyone wanted to make a loan.
Making it to the shop, an old man is sitting at the bus stop. He had a long white beard, his eyes looked sad, he was also swearing a weird looking cloak. He was around the end of the block, holding a long oval shaped cloth, wondering what he could be holding in there. It seems heavy so they decide to help him out.
¨ Hello there sir! That seems quite heavy. Would you mind if we help you?" Athina suggests.
¨ Yes, please young ladies. Are you the ones who work in the thrift shop?¨ he asks while Athina and Francis grab the large object. Grunting both answers yes.
¨perfect! That's where i'm taking it!¨. They make it to the shop where they unfold the cloth. It seemed like a beautifully golden mirror, it had long wires shaped like vines, an eye on the opposite sides of the mirror. But it looked like it had been cracked a bit from the middle.
¨I'll be right back, I'll go estimate the change" Franics tells them both. The thrift shop hadn't been doing well, and thrift stores aren't the thing anymore. It just isn't good anymore. Athina walks into the back to check if Franis had finished grabbing the change.
¨ Did you grab the last?΅ she asked. Francis nods. It appears that loans had not been paid and the shop was just at its last. Athina was sad, it made her unhappy, that she cant save the last thing that her parents ever left. Sometimes you just wish you could start over again, and not mess up.
When they walked back to the counter the old man was gone, it started thundering and raining really hard. Both stood very confused, they didn't know what to do with the mirror, the customer didn't get the change. So they just decide to go and check on the mirror. The mirror is very mesmerising, it wasn't like the type of mirror you would normally find regularly these days, the crack in the middle made it look bad tho, so it needed a fixer upper. So they want to fix it. and while trying to set it, a light appears and BAAM!
You know that feeling after taking a very long nap and you wake up very confused and numb and your head hurts? That's how Athina Felt. she was stuck in a casket looking box. Hearing mysterious footsteps walking towards her, she was scared. Suddenly it stopped and CHOP! Finally being able to see the sky, she stands up and the first thing she sees is a girl, she has shoulder length, silky black colored hair. , and beautiful golden-colored eyes. She also seems confused. Athina stands up and she starts running, but she stops when she gets to the ledge, her head still hurts, everything didn't feel real, it felt dreamlike. Athina looks back up, and she has been teleported to a whole new world. She sees the beautiful kingdom, the land looks like a lily pad, and the castle in the middle is very pleasing to the eye. It seemed like the morning, birds were chirping and not many people were out. While Athina was looking at the view, the girl who chopped the casket had walked up to her.
¨ It's beautiful right?¨ she says. ¨Athina is still confused as if it's real. But she had calmed down a bit. ¨yeah, it is.¨ she answered.
¨ are you not around here?¨ she asked.
¨yeah, uhm.. I'm human?? I don't know. I can't really remember anything¨ the girl flinched.
¨A human? I haven't heard of one in forever! It's been centuries since researching them. Well I'm Heledd kim. It's nice to greet you.¨ She seemed nice.
¨Here, come with me to the palace and we'll keep you here, until you can go back.¨ she suggests. ¨wait- do you know how to go back?¨ Athina flinched. Ḧeledd explains to her that he grandmother has stopped the education of many things, so there wasn't much she knew. Athina stops and thinks, she worries about many things, she wonders if Francis had been teleported as well? And where?
