Ah heck, it's 2023! I feel like this year went by just a little too fast. Anyone else feel like it did? Welp, anyways, I'll be doin' like I did last year. Not going on about important things that happened this year, but instead, highlight my favorite drawings I made each month! Yep, a "Summary of Art"!
(I didn't use a template for this, so sorry if the formatting is a little strange 👀)
January- A watercolor portrait of my boi, Oscar (character from Syberia, my favorite game franchise)
February- The acrylic paint portrait I did of Fredrick (Toy Freddy) for my book CALL OF THE SHADOW, was quite happy with this one
March- Ballora, dressed in the ballet outfit for the dance Harlequinade, which she was meant to perform in my book Once a Dancer
April- Artwork for Hold My Hand—the epilogue chapter I believe—of Freddy, Golden & their younger sister Francine
May- Character art for my AiO x Syberia AU, PLAY the PART. Character is Connie Kendall wearing her travel outfit
June- More PtP character art, this time of one of the automaton characters. This one's an OC, and his name, (in English), is Anthony. Picked him because I think his face is adorable xD
July- Book art for a fic on my personal blog called Heart of FAITH, depicting Eugene Meltsner trying to comfort his adoptive son Buck
August- Fanart inspired by an AiO episode. A sort of "passing of the torch" between Eugene and Buck's deceased, biological father. This drawing was titled "Take Care of my Boy, Now"
September- A miniature painting/replica of a photo my little brother took of my cat in the window at sundown
October- (This one is a cheat, but-) A character portrait of another Syberia character, Dana Roze(top), and a sketch of another AiO character, Katrina Meltsner(bottom), in her wedding dress. (Inspiration came after they released official art of her in her dress :3)
November- Yet another character portrait. Connie Kendall, except this time in her regular/canon outfit
December- (aNother cheat-) Two character portraits; One of a Syberia OC named Maddelyn Voralberg (top), and Katrina in her regular outfit (bottom)
(Oh, and honorable mention to the art in the previous chapter of this artbook. That didn't make the final cut, because three was too much for one month xD)
