Wrote this about a platonic friend, i had no idea how to love them after all the times i felt like i was burning my own insides while knowing they were a nuisance.
It wasn't their fault they were engulfed with fire, and i understood it that is why the context drops onto 'i wish to be a phoenix'. Kinda wishing to meet them again, start within a new life from those ruins but i know that is truly impossible thus adding the 'phoenix' in. And i was burning my self too, so it was easier to wish for burning for once and all and start again like a new-young day.
Y'all can use this shit in literature project, kinda doing just that too lmao
