NRC Cafeteria:
It was lunch time. AKA disaster central. As Y/n and Grim rush to get their lunches Y/n had to drag Yuu along.
"You either eat or get eaten. Keep up slow poke if you don't want to starve!"
"I'm sure it's not that bad"
Oh how wrong he was...by the time they got to the lunch room only half of the food was still being served. Luckily Grim, being the competitive scoundrel he was got right up into the line and impatiently waited for his turn to get food.
"Don't bump into anyone Grim!"
"I won't, who do you think I am. I'm the Great Grim"
'it's been months don't you ever get tired calling yourself that?'
Yuu stood near Y/n with a shocked and deflated expression plastered on his face.
Yuu slowly exhaled "So apparently it can be that bad..ha." And then regained his stoic expression as per ushe.
The trio got their food and went towards the regular table with the A-Deuce duo. A-Deuce was still glaring daggers into Yuu so sharp that you could probably cut the tension with a knife.
"Hey guys!"
"Thank you for allowing me to join"
"Hello Y/n/Hey" spoke A-Deuce
'I see I'm still on their red list. That's fine. As long as Y/n is here I can live with this.'
Y/n seemed to notice this, and after Yuu sat down along with her she lightly grasped his hand in a comforting manner. As if to say "don't worry, they'll get used to you soon enough". It calmed Yuu down. Y/n was such a good person. She was basically an angel from the heavens.
As they were about to eat their hard earned meal through the slow day some familiar faces came fast approaching.
"Koebi-chan~"
"Greetings Angel fish"
The Leech Twin's stood tall above their resting juniors.
"Hello Floyd, Jade. Can I help you?"
"Ne Koebi-chan could you introduce us to the sea urchin sitting next to you?"
"It is exactly as my brother says, we want to get to know the human sitting beside you. Surely you haven't found another land snake to be your partner without our presence so soon. "
"I assure you that is not the case, he is just a friend, and this is Yuu. Yuu meet the leech twins. The one with the black strip to the right, and laid back apparel is Floyd, the one with the black strip to the left, and formal apparel is jade. "
"Nice to meet you guys. I just came in yesterday. Apparently me and Y/n come from the same world. I'll be staying in Ramshackle for the time being."
"I'm Jade and this is my twin brother Floyd, we are residents of Octavinelle. I am also the vice Housewarden. If you ever need anything please feel free to come to Mostro lounge, which is also located in Octavinelle. But do understand that you shouldn't get to close to anyone near you, I wouldn't want to think of what could happen to you then."
From the surface Jade's words sounded welcoming. But any one who's been here for more than a day could see through that sly smirk and closed cat eyes that those worlds held malice.
"I'll come when I have time, thank you for introducing yourselves."
"Right Yuu we better hurry up class will start soon."
"Then we shall not keep you any longer, have a good day."
"Bye Koebi-chan!"
Second years reaction
Riddle- 'Prefect seems to have a new house mate. Wait. IT'S A GUY!!!!' "TREY. Who is that student sitting next to the Prefect?!" "Oh well I don't have all the details, but I believe his name is Yuu. He has joined Ramshackle recently." "How are you so calm about this?" "Should I be worried? I don't think Y/n would fall for a guy she just met." "But they'll be living together! I'll go over there right now and-" "I think you need to cool down, let's take a walk."
Ruggie- 'hehehe, seems Prefect has yet another predator surrounding her. Let's see who will win the prize.'
Azul- "Jade, Floyd. I need you to confront the new student by Pearl, and give the new student a 'welcome'."
Tweels- "Ne~ a chance to talk with Koebi-chan! Let's go Jade."
"Yes Floyd lets greet the new betta fish."
Silver- (Was sleeping outside) "Silver wake up! Onee-san has a new friend!" (idk how to spell it help ) "Ortho what's the fuss about? Did something interesting happen?" "Yes Onee-san got a new house mate. And it's a guy. He came in from the mirror yesterday and I heard his name is Yuu!" 'Y/n got a new student in their dorm? And it's a guy....WAIT IT'S A GUY?!' "Ortho did you say it was a male student?" "Yes. Is there a problem?" "I...I don't know. Have you told your brother yet?" "No, I was just going to tell him, but I saw you sleeping by the fountain and thought I should tell you too!" "I see. Then thank you, I'll talk to you later, good bye." 'Idia is not going to take this well, best of luck Ortho.' "Bye Silver-Kun!" (Ya'll it took me way too long to figure out how to use kun T0T)
Jamil- 'So there's a new snake crawling around the Ramshackle Prefect. We'll see who Y/n chooses. Watch your back.'
Kalim- "Jamil is there something wrong you seem to be spacing out." "It's nothing you should worry about but there's a new student at Ramshackle. And it's a guy." "A NEW FRIEND." "That friend may like Y/n." "Oh...well...I mean...I guess we'll see each other around so I want to get along with him!" "You too innocent Kalim." "Sure sure, what ever you say Jamil!"
