having a puppy-energy boyfriend was the best in Joshua's opinion. his cute energetic quite clumsy boyfriend Mingyu. being smooched by his boyfriend was the best, the younger was so cuddly and lovely, plus Joshua's gentle manners it was one of the greatest combinations.
they were friends since little and started developing feelings for each other's as time passed. mingyu being the tallest and having a more mature look in comparison to his hyung has the advantage of protecting the older one, even though Joshua knew his best friend was a clumsy cute giant baby.
Today Joshua didn't have a great day at the hospital when he arrived home saw that his boyfriend was preparing his comfort food, he couldn't smile and felt warm inside. Getting behind his boyfriend and back-hugging him makes him feel a lot better.
"Shua, baby what happened?" a concerned mingyu asked while leaving the bowl on the counter and turning to face his boyfriend. "it was a tough day" the deer-like man answered trying to get more comfort from the hug.
"Baby let's do this, you go take a shower and put on some comfy clothes while I finish doing your favorite dish and then we can cuddle all that you want and we can talk about your day" Joshua slowly nodded and broke the hug after he kissed mingyu cheek.
They were cuddling with some show in the background, mingyu playing with Joshua's hair while he reminded him there were gonna be tough days and beautiful days.
"Baby remember the day I told you I was always gonna protect you even tho you could make yourself the happiest with the little things you enjoy?, cause I love seeing you smile" he heard a affirmative hum before he continued, "well it was true and I've been trying to keep my word every day so always remember I'm here for you hyung, I'm never gonna leave your side".
Shua was almost crying with the sweet word of his giant baby so he got on top of him to hug him and kiss him with so much affection that was shown every day, cause they were the one for each other.
