What would happen if you were forced to move to a city due to a health issue? Even more, what would happen is you met a strange and damaged man with strange tattoos?
What would you do if you found yourself caught up in a world of danger and crime?

Alice McAlister has suffered from asthma since she was a small infant. Her health issue decided where she spent most of her time - now it was deciding where she lived as her health starts to deteriorate due to the humidity in Florida. Going from Jacksonville Florida to to Atlanta Georgia while her mother Evelyn stays home to sell the house and cafe, is hard for Alice to accept as she tries to a just to her new home. Thinking that Atlanta is her personal purgatory and that the only danger she will face is her asthma, Alice soon finds that Atlanta holds much more than skyscrapers and rain.

Preface

He danced with me patiently, even though I was hopeless at it. I tripped for the fourth time, effectively hitting his shin with my panda socks. He made fun of me from them earlier, but I ignored him.

"Here," He said, snaking his arm around my waist and supporting my weight so I didn't have to work so hard. I squealed as he swung me around. He laughed, showing two rows of sharp white teeth.

"Thanks," I rolled my eyes at him. He chuckled.

Rain and thunder roared outside the penthouse as we danced to the music. The woman was singing passionately from the speakers, and the melody enveloped the both of us, making the moment special.

For many moments, we thought of nothing else. Just us, and the rythym of the music. None of are problems were attached to us - just us and the high electricity that buzzed continuously In the air.

Within that moment, he bent downwards and lightly kissed my cheek. I gasped. He kissed my cheek again when I moaned. Moving downwards, he kissed my jaw, taking his left hand to cradle my head. I relished his touch.

And I let him continue.
