I used the bus to go home.
When i got home i noticed that the door was unlocked, and guessed that my mum was already home
"Mum! Mum!where are you??" I shouted
"I'm in the kitchen honey"she replied
I entered the kitchen and perceive the best aroma ever
"Hmmm mum what are you cooking"i asked sniffing the air around me and kissing her cheeks
"It's a surprise, but i want you to do something for me"
"Okay I'll do anything to taste whatever you're cooking"
"We have new neighbors" she started
"Really I'm so excited to meet them" I cut in
"Will you allow me to finish" my mother said probably annoyed
"Sorry"
"They are coming here for dinner, i invited them...if u what to ask why?"
*I don't know but it's as if my mum can read my mind because i really wanted to ask why*
"So i want you to go freshen up and get ready"she continued
"yes mum, is that all"
"Ummm... Yes for now"

"Tristan dear, please come downstairs, you know we were invited for dinner by our new neighbors" my mum called from downstairs
"Mum do we have to go"I grumbled
"Yes we have to!! so young man get your ass down here, your dad is waiting for us outside"she shouted
"Okay..."i sighed
I quickly put on some clothes and went down stairs
"Let's go I'm ready to go".
