thought #2: how am i in geometry?

Okay, so the title is self explanatory. How am I? Because I am in 8th grade, but I got put into algebra early because I'm "smart" is the simple answer. So now I'm in geometry. I honestly have no how it started, but it had to be in sixth grade. If you can't do the math, that is the year when everything was online. To be honest, I was mentally drained and I do not know how I got into algebra the next year. I could've been put into advanced math 7 but I guess I was even more advanced than that? From what I know it could be a teacher recommended me or I just did good on my state test. I do remember I and a few other kids were separated from the rest of the class to do more advanced math with the teacher. I guess that kind of started the path to geometry in 8th. And another fact: if I was not in geometry now I wouldn't be taking German now, which is sad so I am very grateful! I also would be taking science the whole year, instead of German first semester then science. Honestly I love science so I'm kind of excited because next semester starts really soon! Anyways enough about semesters, I think this goes to show not everyone knows when they're intelligent. But now I know so that's good I guess?
