Moonlight and talks

It was Tuesday evening already. I spend most of my time with Sap and his family, I helped them with unpacking some things. Paw was with us the wohle time, how it seemed they liked him a lot!:)

Although I wasn't sure how to feel about having someome to hang out with. I wasn't trying to make friends here, I liked being alone even tho sometimes I just wanted to play video games with someone, go out like kids my age, and so many things. I'm glad I found my best friend last summer!

"Karl could you come inside for a second?!" I heard Amy yelling so I could hear her while I was picking things from truck. I came inside and put the box with stuff next to front door. I turned my head to her and asked what's up. I felt like I could feel the way she was looking at the thing she was holding. Very very warm look, comfort. I thought it was a picture based on what I could see, she handed me the thing and I was right. I saw Sap and I, he was on skateboard and I was on my bike with small lake in the backround. I remembered that moment so clearly, it was one of my favourite, I think the only time him and I got along was that day.

I made an eye contact, both of us were smiling. " Who's box did you last open?" I asked breaking the silence. " Sap's, the important one with all his favourite things, why?" She said. " I just wanted to make sure I got all the boxes from truck!" I said quietly so she wouldn't notice I was lying. I just wanted to know if he kept that picture, I had feeling like it's his for some reason. But why did he have it in his favourite  things? We didn't even keep in touch after I moved. I heard front door opening, it was Amy's husband and Sap.

They went shooping, they wanted me to come with them to eat some icecream, but I was busy at the time they called me. " Hi dude, I didn't know you are coming over." Sap said not very surprised since I was spending most of my time with them.I loked at him and smiled. He put everything he had in his hands on kitchen counter and walked over to us to sit. He picked up the picture that I put next to me and sat down taking the one last glance at it before putting it back into the box.

"So do you owe a bike still?" Sap's dad asked. "Actually not anymore, I don't have time to be outside to much except at that one place..."  I started confident at first, but the tone of my voice just dropped. The man with beard and blue eyes looked at me and nodded with really warming look. I turned my head to face Sap, but he was already looking at me. I felt like I said something wrong but his  smile told me otherwise.

It was night already him and I just finished playing boardgames. I was putting my jacket on thinking about going to hangout place. I was ready to say my goodbyes and thank them for having me when Sap asked: " Where is Paw I haven't seen him today?" On which I replied: " If you want to see him come with me now." I said while putting on my shoes. I was sure I wouldn't mind his company and I was sure Paw wouldn't either:) His parents told him he can go with me: " Just don't get lost you two!" His dad said. Sap got ready and we left.

I was walking on sidewalk with Sap next to me when I totally zooned out looking at the full moon that was guiding us the whole time. I felt someone tapping my shoulder. " If you keep walking in the middle of the road something bad could happen' pal" he said as he gently took me by my arm onto the sidewalk. "I'm sorry the moon is just so beautiful." I said before turning right into the woods. Sap seemed little confused, but still followed me. "Man I trust you with all my life right now, this looks scary" He said while walking faster and getting closer to me. I told him not to worry and that we are almost there.

After few minutes we stopped and saw moon lights showing us path from the corners of trees and leaves that were closing the sky. I could see him glancing at everything around him, how it seemed he liked it. We eventually came to hangout place and saw Paw playing with grass next to green painted "thing". He ran to us. His tail was going left- right, right-left as he began to jump on both of us. That dog always made me so happy. I shared a stare with Sap before he pulled something out of his pocket.

We got on his knees and gave Paw some dogs treats. "Man I see that you are good with dogs" I said walking over to hangout, on which he responded by a smile. He had a perfect smile, so perfect. The two sat down and we talked while Paw was lying in my lap. " So how did you found him?" Sap asked and I told him the whole story in less than 40 mintues with all the details. I loved how he stared at my eyes I felt like he actually cared about the story I was telling him. " That's really sweet!" He said and felt my geart skipping beats for some reason. " You know I'm happy we finally got to talk again after 5 years." I said looking at the sky hoping he thought the same, he did.

" I love the bracelets" he said as he took my hand to take a closer look at them. I smiled at him when I heard Paw barking and looking at me for a second and then at Sap, he has done that at least 10 times.

Time passed, it was midnight already so we decided to say our goodbyes to Paw and head homes. I took him to his home frist and walked for a minute to my house.
