Daddy Duties [Jikook AU]

The memories flew by Jungkook's mind like a film on roll. He remembered those pretty smiling eyes and those pretty lips. Park Jimin had been his best friend since they met in high school and started college together. Jungkook had left to pursue his dreams in singing when they got into 2nd year and the last thing he remembered doing was the heartfluttering night his pretty omega best friend allowed him to take him apart and put him back together.

It was a vivid memory that was still fresh in his mind. The way their bodies had fitted so well together and the way Jimin had held onto him as if he never wanted to let go. The hungry kisses to the soft kisses that they stole from each other's mouths. 

"Don't go", Jimin had begged him afterwards, hugging him tightly and buring his face into the Alpha's chest." Please don't leave me alone Jungkookie".

Bit Jungkook had gone. It was that or he would've missed out on the biggest opportunity of his life. 

In the first few weeks, they kept in touch, Jungkook passing the auditions and Jimin working on school. But as the months flew by, Jungkook got less and less texts and calls from Jimin until one day they just stopped. Jungkook had assumed Jimin didn't want anything to do with him so he had changed his number and decided to move on but he didn't think he had moved on because right now, looking at the omega walking into the set, the alpha was sure he had just buried those feelings deep down so he wouldn't have to acknowledge them.

Jungkook felt his heart skip a beat when the omega's eyes finally landed on him. He saw the not so suprised look of recognition light up in Jimin's eyes but the omega looked away too quickly, his attention being wanted by the pup.

"Are you ready to start filming?", Seokjin had arrived at where he was sitting." The little pup has arrived".

Jungkook nodded in a daze and his manager gestured for the staff to prepare him. The alpha fel like he couldn't focus well. 

All his attention was on the omega at the other side of the pet cafe, talking to the director who was explaining to him what was going to happen.

Did his ass always looked this amazing?  Jungkook questioned himself, unconsciously checking the omega out. His hips are wider and much curvier. I guess that's what having a baby does to omegas bodies uh?.

".... Jungkook?", Seokjin's voice called him from far off. The alpha shook his head and looked up to see his manager watching him curiously." Are you okay? Your scent is a bit off".

"I—um….I'm fine", Jungkook responded and fixed his posture. He toned down his scent and sent a reassuring smile to Seokjin." What were you saying?".

"I was saying, the scene is going to start with the little pup playing with some pets and then you walk in", his manager told him." How does that sound?".

Jungkook shrugged." It's fine by me…..is his father not filming with us?....is that even his father?".

"That is indeed his father", Seokjin confirmed, looking at the clip board."It's says right here, Park Jihun, son to Park Jimin of Busan".

"Oh", Jungkook gulped and looked over at the omega who was talking to his pup.

So he forgot about me only to give birth to a sin that looks like me? What a coincidence!

The filming started and Jungkook had to walk back into the pet cafe as if he'd just arrived. He greeted the lady behind the counter and went out to the backyard where the little pup was playing with kittens.

"Hello Jihun", he called and the little boy turned around at his name being called. 

He looked at Jungkook then glanced at his father who was standing at the other side out of camera. Jimin blew him a kiss and a thumbs up with a smile. The little pup seemed to be encouraged enough to stand up.
