A man is running.
Arabella recognizes him. Charlie Quinton. Poli Sci major, junior year. Arabella recognizes the expression on his face. The ever so slight widening of eyes, the raised eyebrows.
Fear.
Arabella also recognizes who is chasing him. Henry Carter. Son of James Carter, and her sworn enemy. What was he doing, chasing Charlie? Charlie trips, out of breath and exhausted, he stops.
It is then when Arabella realizes Charlie is going to die tonight. Arabella knows it, Charlie knows it, Henry knows it.
Charlie doubles over, crying in pain. His entire body starts to convulse, as if his muscles were contracting, shredding into pieces. Charlie digs into his skin, leaving bloodstains all over himself.
Charlie is dead.
And Henry Carter did it. Henry Carter, heir apparent of the Carter Corporation, murdered a man tonight.
Arabella wakes up. It has to be a dream right? Arabella knew, more than most, the horrid intricacies of Henry Carter. The unpleasant — everything, but she never thought he was capable of this. Henry Carter was not capable of murder.
Henry's pov:
I did not do this. I did not do this. I did not do this. I did not do this. I did not do this. I did not do this. I did not do this. I did not do this. I did not do this. I did not do this. I did not do this. I did not do this. I did not do this. I did not do this.
I did not murder a man tonight.
