I never ask for something now bc of what I think is trauma bc as a tiny child if I asked my mom for something over and over again I would get yelled at a lot bc I was impatient as a child and I still am impatient and o still get yelled at about asking for something more than once and now if I do ask for something more than once and get yelled at I want to brake down crying
