Seto and Joey were sitting on a sofa in Yugi's home. Yugi was making dinner, and it was just the two of them sitting there. They had been invited to have dinner with Yugi, and while Seto was reluctant, he still showed up.
As they sat there, Seto glanced over at Joey. He couldn't help but think of Joey as a weird puppy dog. He acted like one, that was for sure. A loud, wild, energetic mutt. Seto then had a thought. Does.... Joey like being pet like a dog?
They sat in silence, Joey staring at the television, Seto staring at Joey. Nothing happened for just a moment.. until Seto placed his hand atop Joey's head.
Joey had a confused expression on his face. He turned to look at Kaiba.
"What da hell are ya-"
He was immediately stopped when Kaiba ran his hand through Joey's hair, petting him gently. This made Joey go quiet with a goofy grin on his face. Joey giggled quietly as Seto did this, and Seto couldn't help but smile lightly at this.
Joey then laid his head in Kaiba's lap and Seto continued to pet him.
Yugi soon left the kitchen, walking into the living room, turning to speak with the other two.
"Hey, guys, Dinner's-"
He then went quiet. God, this was cute. Seto and Joey being all close like that. He paused for a little bit, not wanting to interrupt the moment.
