new girl in town

vianna grace. where to begin with her? well let's start 4 years ago, she made the real reputation of herself. she was voted "most likely to burn a building down" at age ten. yes that's right, TEN. she didn't have many friends, but those who were loyal to her, stayed forever. momona and walker, her few very friends in this cruel world.

vianna was bullied through out school for her terrible attitude and ego. she would be considered a demon from hell. the other kids didn't understand her properly, but Walker and momona did.

when she turned 11, viannas father got a job in canada and they were forced to move to another country. all though vianna didnt like the idea of leaving her friends, she DID like the idea of having a fresh start. so she moved without any contact or goodbyes. the only thing left of hers was a note on momonas doorstep.

"momo and walker,

I have to leave, I hope you can understand. my dad got a job in canada and we have to move. because I'm only 10, I didn't have a say in moving. I will be back in a couple months. I will Miss you both.

"I will be back in a couple months" she said. that was 4 years ago she left that note. viannas now 14 and living a quiet and reserved life. her father died almost a month ago. so that would mean she and her Mother would be moving back to California to move in with her grandparents. She almost forgot about walker and Momo, so maybe this was a good thing to be reunited with them at last.

viannas pov:

"VIANNA! GET UP!!" mother screams from downstairs. i moan silently to myself and cover the bedsheets over my head. "VI! GET YOUR ASS UP NOW." I sigh and push the covers off of me. my squint at the sight of light outside my blinds. I yawn and Look around my room. great, I forgot to unpack all my boxes. I sigh again and Jump out of bed. i grab my phone and Check the time.
7:36am, Monday
shit, I'm going to be late.

"morning mum" I say and grab a apple slice off my sisters plate. "hey! that was mine!" emerly growls.
"oops." I smirk and grab my converses from the front door. "vi, don't forget that me and your sister are going away to see your father in Australia tonight. so when we get home, it will just be you for a couple weeks." mother says and smiles gently. "yup, how could I forget, you guys are leaving me behind in this shitty town all by myself!!" I snap back and she frowns. "don't pull this bullshit vianna. we already said we had to leave to see your father. you agreed and said you were cool with it." emerly says while getting up and rinsing her plate. "whatever. I'm going to school, the bus is outside."
I say and shut the door behind me. "I love you.." mom says back quietly.

8:03am, Monday, at school

a thousand thoughts run by me at once. im about to see my childhood best friends for the first time in 4 years. I Wonder how they look.
I stand at the front of the school, staring at the doors. at this point I'm completely lost in my thoughts and wasnt pay much a attention. until I heard her voice.
"oh my fricking god, Vi?!" momona yells and I turn around and she's sprinting at me. momo wraps her hands around my neck tightly. "Momo!" I smile and hug her back. she steps back and her dimples crease her cheeks. Then disappears as a frown appears on her face.
"you didn't say goodbye. you just left"
she says while looking down.
"I know, im so sorry Momo! i wish i could of said goodbye but we left earlier than expected!"
that was a lie.
she smiles and nods. "I understand..im just glad my best friends finally back." she says and grabs my hand.
"wait, does walker know your back?"
momo says.
I look down, and unhook my hands from hers.
"uh, not exactly?" I laugh.
she rolls her eyes and pulls me inside.
"slow down!!" I say laughing

we stand by my locker while I'm putting my books in there and organising it for a new school year. she says a joke and I laugh.
"omg guess what! Marcus and Amelia broke up after 6 years of being together! Amelia caught Marcus-" she cuts off and her facial expression goes blank.
"she caught him doing what?" I say confused.
her eyes shift behind me and quickly looks back at me. I raise a eyebrow confused and Shift my Head to behind me.
Walkers standing behind me shocked.

"walker.." I say.
"vi? is that really you" he says and smiles.
I nod and smile at him back. he lunges his arms around my neck and hugs me tightly.
I freeze for a second and hug him back. we stay like this for a long second until Momo breaks the tension and coughs.
"pack it up Romeo and Juliet."
she laughs. I let Go and Roll my eyes at her.
"haha, VERY funny momo." Walker Says.

8:35am, Monday, in class

"so, does mr smith always Talk this much?" I whisper to walker. (hes sitting next to you)
he giggles, "yeah basically." he turns his head and looks in my eyes. "why did you leave..?" he asks. my smiles drops. I didnt want to answer that question but he wouldn't stop asking. "my dad got a job in Canada and I didn't have a choice if I wanted to stay or not. we left that day without any goodbyes." I say and look back at the teacher. "im sorry." he apologises and I shake my head. "don't be" I smile and squeeze his hand.

"okay class, for your English assessment, you'll need to get into Partners." Mr smith says.
walker turns to Face me and smiles.
"ofc I'll be your Partner walkie-talkie"
his Face Looks annoyed. i just laugh.
