Grey Wolf

It was six am and you were sleeping in your big comfy bed near the wall with a big, opened window. Your window was open because the temperature of your room was hotter than usual when you went to sleep.

You were dreaming about hot boys when suddenly a loud sound woke you up. You realized it was Monday and you had to go to school. You turned off the alarm, covered your head with a pillow and said to yourself: "Ugh. I hate school."

You wanted to stay home and sleep till twelve am, but your adoptive mother would be very angry. You closed your eyes and wanted to sleep for at least few more minutes but suddenly your adoptive mother walked in.

She came closer and checked if you were sleeping. You pretended to sleep but she didn't believe it. "Wake up Y/N." she said to you. You decided to pretend you were sick even tho you knew that was a bad idea. "I can't go to school. I am sick."

You really didn't want to go but you know very well that you never get sick and can't get sick. "You're a werewolf Y/N. You can't be sick." Said your mom angrily. She was annoyed and angry because she had to deal with that kind of behavior every Monday since you were ten years old. "Why?" you asked your mom.

Sometimes you really wished to be just a normal human and to be able to get sick like a normal human. But you weren't human, and you had the ability to heal yourself immediately.

Your mom didn't know what to say to your previous question. She knew how being sick sucks. "Being sick isn't nice, okay? Be glad you can't be sick." Said your mom who wasn't a werewolf because she only adopted you.

She knew how your body worked because she knew your biological mom very well. Your real mom's name was Aisha, and she was an alpha werewolf. But Aisha died after birth, so Susan adopted you and your older brother Jackson, Jack for short.

Susan tried her best to raise you, but you and your brother are complicated for her. "Why do I have to go to school?" you asked her. She was annoyed from all your questions. "Because people who don't can't get a job later and will have no money." explained your mom.

She knew you were too young to understand that, but she had to say something to make you get up and go to school like normal teenagers. She wanted you to learn and find new friends.

"I am a werewolf mom. I can eat raw animal meat and live in a forest. Why would I need a job or money?" you asked her. She was shocked and confused because she knew how you hated places without Wi-Fi. "You want to live in your wolf form for the rest of your life?" she asked you. "Um..." you thought about your answer. "No." you said.

She smiled and said: "Then get up and get ready. Your brother will take you to school today." You immediately jumped out of bed. "What?! Why? He's not a good driver!" you were angry. "I must go to work so...it's either your brother or the bus. You choose." She said and smiled.

You looked at her and said: "Ugh. Fine." But you had a secret plan which included the woods and your wolf form. Unfortunately, your mom noticed the look you had. "What does that look mean?" she asked you.

You tried to act like you didn't know what she talked about. "What look?" you asked her. She quickly realized what your plan was. "You aren't planning to run to school in wolf form again, right?" she asked you. "Um...no. Of course, not mom." You answered. She didn't know if she should believe you.

Later...

You looked at your brother who was currently sitting in his car. "Get in." he said. But you weren't planning to let him drive you to school. You knew what happened the last time he drove you. "No thanks. I'll walk." You said and started walking towards the woods.

Your brother looked at you in confusion. "Walk? The school is three miles away from here." He said and stared at you while you walked even closer to the woods. "Then I'll run." You said and smiled proudly. He realized what your plan was.

"You can't be in your wolf form outside. Someone could see you change." Said your brother. He was worried about you, but you were strong and smart enough to avoid people seeing you. "I'll be careful." You said to him.

He didn't know what to tell you to make you go with him. Then he remembered what happened the last time you ran to school. "Mom will kill us." He said but you didn't care. "She doesn't have to know." You knew he won't say anything to your and his mom because he would be punished too. "She'll find out." Said your brother.

You knew your mom was smart but how would she find out? "She won't. Now go." You said to your brother. He gave up trying to convince you to drive with him. "Are you sure?" he asked just to make sure that you thought about everything that your mother would do to you after finding out.

"Yes. I am sure. Now go." You said to him and started the car. "Fine. See you in school sis." He didn't understand why you hated him so much. Jack was your brother and he never bullied you or anything, but he was very annoying sometimes. And he was a bad driver. Last time he drove you somewhere the car ended up covered in mud.

Later...

You were running through the woods in your wolf form, and you could hear many animals. But then suddenly you saw something strange. First you didn't know what you saw. You decided to approach it. It was a grey wolf. You stopped running. The wolf heard you and looked at you.
