Sure enough the next day anko had gone to a medic and explained what she needed and had paid a few ryo and by the time the medic revived her the curse seal had indeed broken needles to say y/n and anko weren't found that day no matter who went looking for them so nobody tried. It was the day after y/n and anko disappeared both turned up at the academy for a meeting both had hickies on their necks and both were limping giving a clear explanation of what they were up to. "So y/n I need you to be one of the room watchers for the exam I need you to spot cheats and call them out." Ibiki says as y/n nods. "Yes sir I'll keep a eye and ear out." Ibiki nods and looks at anko who was having trouble sitting. "Anko you will be the proctor for the second exam do what you do best." Anko nods before frown and getting up and sits down on y/n's lap but the limp over the rest of people saw the Uchiha fan on her back. "Anko why do you have the Uchiha fan on?" One chunin asked as anko and y/n grin as she answers. "Well y/n and I signed that contract I ended up taking the Uchiha name so naturally I can were the fan." Everyone blinks when ibiki points at the two. "So you two are married now?" The two nod as the rest glare at y/n who activates his ems and they flinch and look away.

"Anyway congrats aside the exams start in the day after tomorrow so everyone prepare yourself's." Ibiki says as everyone start filling out the room as anko shunsined both y/n and herself to the dango stand. "Well that got out." Anko says as she turns to sit side ways exposing the Uchiha fan to the public. "Well now we don't have to hide." Anko says as the waitress brings a plate of dango and the couple just sat in silence and enjoyed their dango when a man stopped infront of them. "y/n Uchiha." Y/n looks up and scowls. "Elder danzo please tell me there is a reason you are interrupting us." The old war hawk nodded. "Yes if you will-" danzo didn't get to finish as y/n cut him off. "What ever you have to say it can be said infront of my wife." Danzo shrugs and sits down at a bench silently cursing as now he has to deal in public.

"Well then first congratulations on in order but forgive me when might you be looking to sire a heir?" Y/n bites his lip as anko bites back a snarl. "The village needs more sharingan." Y/n raises a eyebrow as his sharingan spin to life.

"Elder danzo please do watch your next words just because I agreed to the cra doesn't mean I have to be a breeding horse I will produce a heir when I seen it time till then buger off. " Y/n says as danzo shrugs again. "Be mindful of who you make your enemies." At this point anko snarls. "Elder his is telling you that to leave us alone we need to rest for the exams. We both have jobs to do in the coming days so get before I feed my snakes." At that danzo stands up and looks at y/n with a stern look. "Lord Uchiha you might want to control your woman." Before anko could move y/n tightly wrapped his arms around her and answered. "Why would I? I love it when she is feisty plus just the right amount of crazy, the only reason I'm holding her back is because I don't want unnecessary death in the fight." Danzo just walked away at y/n's words after a few seconds anko turned to y/n. "So I'm crazy?" Y/n grins and leans in and whispers in her ear. "Yes but you make crazy sexy my hime." Anko shivered slightly it was then one of the anbu arrived. "Lord Uchiha you have been summoned to the council chamber." Y/n's eye twitched before sighing. "Fine I'll see you at home." Y/n says as anko stands up with a nod.

At the council chamber y/n appear in a swirl of leafs and moves to the Uchiha seat while everyone watches him. "Ok let's get this circle jerk over and done with before I weight the pros and cons of lobotomy." Y/n says as he sits down with a glare on his face. "While I may not agree with that last bit but yes what might the rest for this be?" Shikaku asks with a yawn it was then that councilwoman Haruno spoke up. "Uchiha-sama it has come to our knowledge you have married and as such you are placed in the clan restoration act." Y/n sighs and rubs his temples. "Just great I barely get a month with hime and I got to deal with the god damn pig fucking bullshit why don't the world just bend us over and find us in the alps for fucks sake." All the ninja council blink at the stream of curses coming from the new Uchiha head. "Um I would like to offer my daughter Sakura Haruno to you." Y/n looked up at her. "So you want me to marry a girl that can't keep up with a 8 year old you must be retarded." Y/n looks away from the elder pinkette. Before the woman could holler inoichi yamanaka spoke up. "What about my daughter ino yamanaka?" Y/n fights a blush, "I'll think about it." Inoichi nods as others start offering their daughters. "Hokage-sama is this the only reason for our summoning?" Hiruzen shrugs and glances at the elders who flinch. "I would like to know that as well."

Y/n frowns and leans on the table tapping his fingers. "I was under the impression that only the hokage is able to summon the council and civilian counsel was only to be active in war times but seeing as we have been in peace for what going on 22 or 23 years." Y/n says as hiruzen nods his head at the same time the clan heads nod. "Well as we can't completely get rid of the civilian counsel but we can take their power away as of this moment the civilian counsel is here only to voice the civilian's concerns and nothing more." Hiruzen says as the civilian pale. "But lord Uchiha you do have a point as only I can summon these meetings so koharu and Homura we will have words so for everyone this meeting is dismissed." No sooner than the words left hiruzen's mouth y/n disappeared in a burst of fire.

"What has him in a rush lord hokage and when did he become clan head?" Tsume inzuka asks as hiruzen chuckles. "Bout a week ago but let's be on our way their is a lot of things we all have to do." Hiruzen says as everyone leaves.
